We stopped into this store on our most recent trip to the San Diego area for the Super Bowl weekend. We loaded up on our favorite feature - loose Lego pieces from their bulk bins. We found lots of little pieces this trip, so it took just a little over an hour to fill out Medium-sized bulk bag. It's mostly a help yourself kind of visit, unless you have some questions for the staff. We witnessed the staff assisting other customers in helping them find the exact set or minifigs they were looking for while we were in the store. There was some light music playing in the background and we enjoyed our time digging for pieces and asking some other customers if we could help them find anything specific in the bulk. Love the Lego community and helping others. Once we filled our bag, we went to pay and spoke to Paz for a few minutes. Being out-of-towners, he answered some of our questions about the food choices in the plaza and even offered us some other nearby options. He was very friendly and super helpful. We will definitely be back for more bulk the next time we are in the area. Great deals on our favorite hobby.

so you two kids are just mad cause they caught you selling on their property and banned you so you think the place is awful? haha too funny, serves you both right, and your just copying each other. guys trying to bash some one on Yelp real mature, yelp is for actually info not kids to cry on. Gamezone is the best, expanding games and so many other things, NFL stuff for every team, they just added skateboards/ longboards, and FINALLY ANIME STUFF!! And so much more. All this talking about richie ripping people off makes no sense as he doesnt even do the trades for yugioh in the store like if you ask him he'lll tell you to talk to stan, Only stan does the trading for the store for yugioh. If you trade Richie in vanguard or magic he might not be the most out going or the type to smile which i guess could be interrupted as being mean but hes still respectful and straight forward which people can love and others hate but like how can someone rip you off when he directly tells you the percentage of the value hes giving you and shows you how much the card is on Ebay? ya ben to gamezone for like a year now or so maybe more and i not going to lie its a good place to play cards at just today i was banned at gamezone over just sitting in my car with my best friend and watching a youtube video .the store maneger son 'richy' is his name came to my car with his cousin and was very unprofessional and very dissrespectful and hostal towards me and my friend. he thought we were selling cards out side in my car just because i had my deck box on my lap and my calcutor also on my lap and banned us for soliciting.it was mess up that he didet even give me a chance to explane what we where doing and just banned us i think that they need to be more professional . this is a bussiness they should not treat people like that i never ben banned in my life or dissrespectful from a punk ass kid like Richy .people that go to gamezone just want to warn you dont trust richy he is a assshole he acks like your friend but he can fuck you so over and be your worst enemy. read more

Very nice shop with a wide selection of TCG. My family mainly goes for Pokemon and MTG, of which they have a great variety of both in stock, but I've seen a whole lot more including One Piece and Yugioh. They've got a good selection of singles on display and I was even surprised to find some Palworld in stock when that released. Pricing is definitely fair, we've seen booster boxes go for crazy elsewhere, but this shop keeps it affordable and fair. Staff here has been very friendly and helpful, we've only interacted with the older gentleman at the front and a younger gentleman who was restocking and both were easy to talk to when it came time to purchase or ask for cards. There's much more to the shop, we saw some tables where people come in to play their TCGs and there's a selection of other items like statue figures and funkos to peruse. read more

Walked in this store in hopes to find hobby crafts. Nope, all they had was stuff for the younger crowd such as trading cards and video game related action figures and loads of sports memorabilia. This isn't the hobby store I thought it would be, but cool to know that the comic book trading card stores are still around. We walk in when a football game is playing and the clerks were behind the counter watching. As we get close to the counter they say hello and thats about it. We continue to browse and notice theres an area in the back with tables and chair set up and a bunch of kids playing cards back there...kind of cool actually. Overall its ok an experience. If I ever have a need to some for yu gi oh or sports stuff this would be my go to place. read more

The store here has great selection and all but they let there son run around insulting customers. I was there for several events and there son screamed, admitted he ripped off children when trading cards, and when I talked to them about this they said it was normal and nothing they would do. I have several kids of my own and do not want to take them to a place where the owners allow there son to run around scream and openly rip off kids. Very bad. read more

Their prices are what you'd expect due to their location. This is a very personal complaint but if they sell something to you for $5 and you pay cash, they'll still charge you the tax so it'll be 5.30 instead of an even 5.
