    Two wheel struggle

My family and I love this place. We are able to drive on one of the best tracks in the United States and they always have me covered with parts when my skill lacks.

I don't think these hours are correct. Two days in a row I've been here at the wrong time.

I want to like this place because it seems super awesome. However, I checked their website schedule which stated the driving clinic was every Saturday at 0800. There was nothing indicating differently, and it was still on the schedule. Being that I actually had today off I got up early to give it a shot. I arrived to find myself sitting there alone with nobody else in the lot. At 0800 I checked the door and it was locked and nobody was inside that I could see. It's quite a drive to get here for me and I really wanted to do the beginner class to get at least some idea of what to do. I'll be back, but I really hope subsequent experiences are better. Please, if you're not going to have the driving clinic don't have it on your schedule on the website. Update: I actually went today and was able to drive. There were a ton of people there. It became a cluster at times and they had to do five minute practice rotations. But, holy CRAP! It was so much fun. I'll be back for sure.

So much FUN! I brought my 2 boys here after months of nagging. The guys working there were very helpful and friendly. We rented 2 rc cars for $25 each. The cars were great! Super fast. Easy to control. And the boys had such a good time. They had a little spot in the back where they could practice driving the cars before they took them out to the track. An additional battery is $10, so I got one. The boys had a great time we will come here again. They say you can bring any car and race it on the track, and if your car gets hung up just go out to the track and unhang it. spectating is really fun. The track is well maintained and we liked it

A bumpy start for our first time so here's my advice. Call before you show up (probably a day or two in advance so you can plan what you want to do). The info on the web page isn't really reflective of what's going on there. I planned to bring my son here for his 12th bday so we could both rent cars and race during practice time. When we arrived we found out they no longer do rentals and you need to bring your own RC car. I had tried calling a number of times the hour before we got there but the phone was busy every time. It could have been an epic bday mom fail but the guys put together a car that was being worked on and let us use that - so thankful! We stood in the middle of the track so when he flipped his car (which was quite a bit in the beginning) we'd flip it back over. It's warm in there but they have fans and cold drinks for purchase. The staff were laid back and the mgr/owner? gave us a bday hookup (probably for the phone and website issues) when we left so we were pleasantly surprised by that. Now my son wants to go back and watch their race nights...and my fiancé and I want to do a fun date night there

If you're an R/C guy or gal you should check this place out. Indoor venue with "almost" Nascar quality pit areas complete with power outlets and more to work on your buggy etc. I wish they had a place like this in the Seattle area in the 90's...I'd probably be working and living there!

Went in today to take a look and brought a new RC truck! There indoor track is bad ass and the knowledge of the industry is amazing. Advised me on what I needed and said if I have any trouble setting up my new rid they would help me free of charge. Customer service goes along way with me and they def have it. Thanks guys see you soon!

Top notch facility & track. Visited here from OC while on a business trip. Excellent pit spaces, consistent track grooming (auto misters & lawn blowers every hour or so). Fully stocked pro shop & friendly staff. Cleanest track I've ever been to. (No mud or dirt everywhere off track/restrooms/pits etc)

My b5m I I assembled and built at the track.

A cute little family-friendly place next to a beautiful beach!…read more After walking around the beach for a while, we decided to walk around Belmont Park to see what it was all about. It was a summer Thursday and the place was packed with kids and their parents, all having a blast. There was a zip line, bumper cars, an arcade, a giant pirate-themed play place - heaven on earth to rambunctious little people! The whole place was cutesy - beach themed photo ops everywhere. They also had plenty of "fair food" for those looking for a junky snack. My only complaint was that there wasn't enough shaded areas to sit in and enjoy a meal. Additionally, they didn't really have any vegetarian food options. We were starving (our main reason for checking out this place) and found cheese pizza slices as the only vegetarian friendly option. Seemed quite odd considering how popular vegetarianism has become, especially in places like California.. Lately, with temperatures 10 to 19° above "normal average" - or maybe it's just the new normal - it's hard to recall the last time we got to experience a cool day. But here, the way the gazebos, tables, and benches are set up reflects a pretty severe case of denial that this is Southern California, and not quite within walking distance from the beach. It WILL get hot whenever it damn pleases, with or without notice. It did so in February already, in case you missed it. We came a few times for the farmers market. Both days were unfortunately " 80°F" her weather report, which in reality feels like 92°F, and we had to scramble to find a little bit of shade, so that we could eat our street food without passing out from heat stroke. We huddled awkwardly on the curb under a small tree. Other people passing by with food in their hands looked at us with envy. NOT A SINGLE PERSON sat on the readily available benches with tables, because they were in the blazing sun, yet lacked any shade. Never mind an umbrella, not even holes to put one in!! Denial much?? It's really sad, because it's a beautiful place. It just DESPERATELY needs more shade for the visitors to feel comfortable without clinging to trees or the bathroom walls.
