These are Nepali dumplings which are either steamed or pan fried and you can get them loaded with spicy chili sauce and peppers and onions or with other sauces. We got the spicy ones as an add on to the Banh mi. They gave me a small container of spicier sauce that was delicious when used sparingly. Hubby got spring rolls and a soda for a small ad on combo price. Those were freshly fried to perfection and tasty as well.
