I can't rave about this place enough. We tried them for the first time last week and let's just say.. 2 days later I wanted to order from them again We order the yakisoba with chicken and it's divine! The sauce is evenly coated on each bite. You get a good ratio of chicken to noodles. The broccoli is perfectly crunchy yet cooked. I don't feel gross after eating this and that's what I usually struggle with at other restaurants. Also their customer service is superb! They great you the minute you walk in the door. There's a few seating options inside but I think most people order delivery or take out. The parking is a bit limited, but we've always been able to find a spot. Wow, this place is a hidden gem! When I came in I was instantly greeted by the nicest guy behind the counter. I explained this was my first time in and I wanted to know what was good. Then off, the Amount of food i received I was okay paying for it because it was actually good! The salt and pepper squid was a star for me. Usually it's either toooo salty or soggy or both! It's an A+++ from me! The salad rolls here are worth all they hype... so do me a favor and check them out next time you're driving north on 82nd. Also, I'll happily order the Chow Fun any day of the week. The wide noodle and chicken dish is very flavorful, and one order offers enough to serve two or three people! I do wish the onions were cooked a bit more, but I pick mine out and saute them in sesame oil and it adds a bit more flavor to the dish. Stopped by here since we were in the area, and a friend recommended this place. So glad we stopped here! It's in a plaza with a plaid pantry right next to it. The parking lot is not that big, but we came around 2pm so had no issues with parking. Between two people, we ordered spring rolls and chow fun with beef. Wow! It was SO good! I wish we ordered more food but only had a few hours until dinner, so this was more like a quick snack. The beef chow fun is the BEST I've ever had. There's a phrase in Cantonese called "wok hei," and I am not sure quite exactly how to describe it. It's basically the taste of food from a perfectly seasoned wok (if that makes sense...). The rice noodles are wide just like they should be and are perfectly soft without being soggy. The beef was also very tender! I liked that there wasn't a lot of excess sauce because you could actually taste the flavor of the beef, egg, bean sprouts! I also loved that it wasn't greasy. Tasted truly like a home-cooked dish Now onto the rolls...so fresh and such a good portion! We got the nem rolls, which has generous portions of fresh veggies. One of my favorite spots! Sadly I moved I use to live two blocks away. Now I drive for the ribs! I'm so thankful they are back on the menu they are so delicious!! So tender!! Cleared out my fridge before vacation a little to well, so I decided to order Yelp Delivery from this place nearby. Was in the mood for some curry and noodles (when am I not?) and loved that both options could be plain veggie - no tofu, no meat, just as is. Loved the flavor of the coconut curry! Then on the way out I noticed a newspaper write-up that confirmed my delight as it also ranked their rolls #1. What makes them different is the addition of crispy fried onions. The Green Beans with Beef was excellent as well: full of flavor over slightly sticky rice the way I like it. And the portion was generous. Unfortunately, the fried rice is a big pass. First time getting food from WokShop. The portions are massive, one yakisoba and a side of the green onion fried rice could definitely feed at least three people with larger portions, and the spring rolls are twice as big as I thought they'd be, and they come with a peanut sauce that I'll probably drink later. Large portions aside, the food is ~saturated~ with good flavors, but rice was a bit salty if that's an issue for you. Super buss. Will revisit, and will definitely be trying the boba next time. Maybe I'm a little bias because I know the owners personally, but this has to be the best food I've eaten in the past two years. WokShop's variety of items will have something for everyone even if you're not a fan of Asian cuisine. Their Orange chicken is nothing like you've ever tasted before, the sweet and savory sauce that they use is perfectly balanced and made fresh in house. The salad rolls blew my mind with the combination of fresh ingredients, choice of meat, and insane crunch factor which had my tastebuds craving more (it only comes with two). Then the wok tossed noodles were something I would expect out of a 5-star Asian restaurant, absolutely perfect cook on them. Did I mention everything is cooked fresh to order? The employees are beyond nice and super helpful with choosing something that suits your taste so don't hesitate to ask questions while ordering! This place literally blew my mind with how good the food is and really set the bar way too high for Chinese cuisine for when I go back to the bay area because this may be the best spot on the entire west coast and I'm so sad there isn't one in California. I'm visiting from California and went into this place by chance. I was with three other family members and two of which have severe food allergies. One food allergy is gluten. One thing that this place offers that no where I have ever seen, they have gluten free flour they use in their cooking. I can't tell you how excited this made us! I ordered the chicken coconut curry.
