Ordered chicken pad Thai which the flavoring was truly impeccable (pad Thai better than pad see Lew IMO). The Murtabak was also very unique and delicious. I would order both again. The ube colada was also really great, quite sweet tho fyi.

This place was bomb. We ended up here somewhat accidentally and I'm so glad we did. The ambience/decor is super cute. I love this type of cuisine and have it a lot and this was some of the best. Ordered the chicken pad Thai and the murtabak. Can't say enough how good they were.

Our friends brought us to Nudi on a sunny Saturday early evening, and we absolutely loved it. We sat outside and enjoyed the butterfly flower drink and the watermelon margarita special, both of which were refreshing and unique. The devil wings appetizer had a great kick and were a strong start to the meal. We were also impressed by the chocolate ribs. Not only was the presentation eye-catching, but the flavor was just as wonderful. The pad Thai and the coconut chicken fettuccine were both standouts. Each dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. Everything we tried, from the drinks to the entrees, exceeded our expectations.

One of my favorite restaurants in Portland. I've definitely go a couple of times a year. And I always order the same thing. The lak sa is creamy and delicious. I love how they are very generous with their vegetables and tofu in the broth and the broth is very flavorful. The employees are attentive, and I like how the ambiance focuses on nature inside the restaurant from the decorative branches.

It had been a while since I've been back here. The place is located in the Woodstock neighborhood. They have both an indoor and outdoor seating area. We ordered the coconut chicken fettuccine, boat noodles, laksa, galbi jjim, chocolate ribs, and kids noodle bowl. I thought that the galbi jjim was well made and had lots of flavors that went well. The coconut chicken fettuccine was also decent. The chocolate ribs were interesting. The server was nice and efficient as he was the only one working the front end of the house when we went.

You guys. Just... go here. So this place shares a parking lot with my pilates studio and so I smell it every dang day and I finally made my family meet me here for dinner after a class and HOLY MOLEY this is a slammin good time! So off the bat I felt bad because the hours were listed incorrectly and I thought we had an hour and 20 minutes but it turned out they closed in 20 and i was trying to just we get an order to go but the server assured me it was ok but dang! So I felt bad but didn't know what else to do... You would never have known we were the last folks there because both the food and the service was impeccable! The presentation is next level, the food itself is insanely delish and the ambiance is so super cool! I love it here and can't wait for my next post-workout grub!

Hard to find a good spot in the 'burbs so we drive out to East Portland for some good eats. Heard this was Libre's sister spot and it didn't disappoint. We went during lunch during the week and it wasn't too hectic, very kid friendly. Server was so nice and recommended the Namtok which is a new item on their seasonal changing menu. It was pretty good, different to what we normally order so it's refreshing. The Lak Sa interesting but good and the Pad See Ew was good. Looking to come back to try new things out.

Overall, it was okay! I would not come back to eat different items on the menu unless someone paid for it. Nice setting with both inside and outside seating. Our service was super friendly but didn't come back to check on us at all for water or anything else after the food were delivered. Devil Wings $14: served in a brown plastic which was different. Beside it was hot, we tasted to flavors. Phuket Oyster Shooter $12: I didn't care for the French sorrels at all. Seven Spice Duck Ramen $18: it was too much on a sweet size, perhaps too much palm sugar and dried dates in this batch. Angry Birds $15: my friends liked it. I liked everything else in it except the tempura prawns. I don't think the tempura prawns pair well with this base of salad. We were bummed the only dessert they offered, sticky rice with mango was out for the week. It was only Wednesday's night. The server told us they only made certain amount at the beginning of the week and when it sold out, that's it. I think they need to rethink this approach. Private parking space which is a plus for this area.

Food, ambiance, service and allocated parking....all went real well....this is our second time and this time we were there after 5 or 6 years. I am happy to see Nudi kept up with their ambiance, food quality and service. Like last time, we felt they have a good and authentic selection of teas if you are interested and that goes nicely pre and after your meal....they also have cocktails if u like that better. I got the soup basket ramen noodles with brisket and my wife got the ramen with tofu and veggies and they were both delicious and plentiful. We also got the calamari for appetizer and that too was very good with large portion of calamari and not too much breading....overall we loved the food. Go try it....its good

Hell yeah, this place is great. Good service. Great food. Order the devil wings, you'll want to eat the paper bag it's served in.

Cute, rustic decor with good food. It's hard for me to find places that serve chrysanthemum tea and this place has it on the menu! Friendly service and good ambiance. The parking lot had plenty of parking as well. The food was tasty.

We love supporting small businesses and Nudi is definitely a great spot to try. We got the Miso ramen, Phuket Oyster shooter and the Seven Spice Duck Ramen. The Phuket Oyster shooter was definitely on the spicy side which we didn't expect, but it's definitely different from other shooters that we had. The Seven Spice Duck Ramen is definitely a must get, the broth is so flavorful and the meat is very tender and soft. Lastly, the Miso Ramen was on the mid tier for us because there wasn't anything special about it but it is still very delicious and solid choice if you want more of a less salty and strong flavor. If you are around the Woodstock area, you must come and stop by to visit Nudi, their service is amazing and the waiter is very friendly and helpful.

I went with two friends to enjoy the chef's menu, and while I enjoyed the experience, looking back there were a few too many missed details to have me scampering back. 1. I'm all about Portland restaurants optimizing seating and serving space and have zero quibbles about eating outside in a tent. While the lap blankets are a nice touch, I didn't feel any external heat source being utilized. Looking around, most diners had their jackets on. When I'm settling in for a nicer meal, I don't want to wear outerwear. 2. Service was succinct. Not warm, not helpful, but timely. It seems to me that when you're offering cuisine that people may be unfamiliar with, pausing for a moment to explain what we're eating would be helpful. We had to ask for a menu back to figure out what we were eating. 3. Dishes were meant to be shared. That's fun! But the appropriate plates and serving utensils weren't provided to make that easy. Cutting something on a tiny plate with sauce is just a messy proposition. 4. Bar program is abysmal. Wine options were non-existent, with very limited beer and cocktail choices. 5. Servings. Not serving SIZE, mind you, but how food was served that's meant to be shared. For example, one of the first courses was a lamb skewer served with a tiny fried bun (think savory beignet). We received two of these for our table of three. And this same sort of food math happened with every course. At an establishment where everyone at the table must participate, we should be able to each have our own tiny buns, dang it. And when the bill is over $100 per person, it's not too much to ask. How do you split four pieces of spring roll amongst three people? I am not joking when I say we had a mathematician at the table, and we were still flummoxed. It seems that every "family style" meal served in Portland does this, and it's annoying every time. 6. Dessert! There was one dessert option only - a cloyingly sweet rice cereal treat made with Fruity Pebbles (or some such thing) that only a child could possibly have enjoyed. No leaning into Asian cultures, no fruit. It was pretty nasty.

It strikes perfect notes of toasty heat and creamy umami tonkatsu broth. It's a complex, bold, yet balanced bowl. My partner got the Cho-Maz, a beautiful bowl of hearty noodles with a perfectly poached egg on top. The chorizo flavor is incredible and unique to Baka Umai, with a mouth-watering heat! Parking along the busy street or nearby off streets between the housing. Let's start with what was great: The staff was very friendly, attentive and quickly sat us down with booster and high chair. Drinks (IPA and a Calpico) came out very quick as well as the Tabor tofu (3). The food was good. We had the Tabor tofu (kids enjoyed) and x2 Kaiyo Tsukemen. The dipping ramen came out with a nice jammy soft boiled egg and the noodles had a pretty good chew. The sauce was a bit thin but had that good seafood umami flavor. Pork belly was well portioned and had a light char. Overall, decent place to eat. Had to dock stars because out of the 4 items we were hoping to get for dinner, they did not have 3 available (fried Ota Tofu, Blistered Shishitos and Umami Mazemen). Maybe they were super busy early on but we were there around 6:45p so surprised menu items were not available. The staff was quick to apologize and worked quickly to get a 2nd Kaiyo Tsukemen out for us when the Umami Mazemen was not available. Wish we could've tried those dishes as I think it would've been a better complete meal. Kids still enjoyed it and our plates were empty so food was still good. Good amount of seating inside, utensils and water are self serve and looks like it could be a fun spot during summer months if they are able to roll up the garage doors!

The food is still good, but ever since the staff change, the service has been very hit or miss, definitely not as good as before. The new service team has a goldfish brain and always forgets things. We always order mango sticky rice here and it is a gamble every time. The last time we got it, the rice was rock hard and completely inedible, like it had been over-microwaved. The lady said she would give me one for free the next time I came, but unsurprisingly, she had already forgotten about it when I returned. As for spice levels, their "4-star spicy" barely registers for me, but the chili sauce and chili oil you can request on the side are dangerous. They might not taste that spicy at first, but they creep up on you and hit hard later. I've learned that the hard way many times. There was also a recent price increase. It's unfortunate, but honestly I'm surprised they held off this long. The new pricing is pretty much in line with other Thai restaurants now, which means this place isn't as affordable as it used to be. If you didn't know, you can sign up for their rewards program through the Fivestars app using your phone number or directly at the register. I only found out about it much later since they always bring the check to the table and I rarely pay directly at the register. This has been my go-to Thai spot for a long time, but once I redeem my next reward, I might start reconsidering my options in this price range.
