I've had the worst experience anyone can have at a dealership. I bought a 2021 Chevrolet nice new fall in love with my kids fell in love very spacious truck for my family and myself I have 3 kids 7year old 9 year old and a 6month old baby. I've had to take my truck to service twice already for transmission problems which first of all the truck was not supposed to have any problems but I guess they just sell you shit that looks nice but doesn't work. May 28,2025 I went for my truck at service in Ganas Autos in El Monte not even 20 minutes from driving it on the freeway mind you I have kids , truck didn't go more then 25 on the Damm freeway I almost got hit 3 times just because service didn't do their work, right? Truck was shaking so so bad that my kids got so scared I just couldn't drive it no more I got off the freeway and just parked it was really bad my daughter was crying because she was so scared now my kids are just going to be traumatized because of that. Honestly this is not acceptable I purchased my truck on February I've only had the truck for about 3 months it's more time at the shop then me having my own truck! These guys are criminals. I've seen a lot of lawsuits filed for the exact issue I had. Took my money misrepresented the car it arrived broken. They took it back and it been in their shop for going on four weeks now. With almost no communication from them the dealership or corporate. They just say they're waiting on a part. After sending me a message the first week that the parts were in and repairs were being done. The contract is present to you by AI video. The sales person wanted to go home and played the video at 2x speed. Completely unable to understand. Don't be fooled apartenly this process IS you signed the contract. Fraud. They also forced that before even letting us test drive. The car arrives not only broken but filthy and the employees who drove it to the lot had a sandwich on the passenger side floor smash all over the place. They just left it and walked away. I was told that they do not offer cash prices only finance options. My husband ended up getting a ticket for no registration, a 1300 ticket. Finally they sent us the tags after told them about the ticket dated 8/27 which was long after the ticket.
