He got under the truck to examine due to a small puddle of oil. He confirmed it was clearly not a "loose oil drain bolt" and stated it was obvious to anyone the leak was a bigger issue; possibly to do with the oil pan due to the amount of oil throughout the undercarriage. They did state the issue would be looked into and fixed prior to taking ownership of the truck but were clear it couldn't be looked at or addressed the "same day" as the mechanic location down the street had just shut down for the day and everyone had left. So this claim that it was fixed the same day is highly suspect and further leads me to believe this is a dishonest business. Either they lied about being able to look at it while I was there or they are lying about fixing the issue the same day. Being we are confident it wasn't a drain plug issue, you the reader of this, can do the math. As I stated, due to the issues I did start with a very low out the door offer of $30k, which the owner points out but does not mention the fact they came back stating the full price plus all costs...I countered with an offer of $35k out the door and was brushed off. At that point I asked if they had any intention on negotiating the price wherein I was told what I outlined in my original review. All of this aside, there is no excuse, and not shockingly no apology, for running my credit prior to any negotiations taking place. I hope this review saves at least one other person from making the mistake of doing business at this location.

Mi cuñado en frente de el señor nos explicó que muchos dealers de reventa traen carros de otros estados con daños causados por agua que causan muchos problemas. Los tres escuchamos lo que dijo el vendedor y al negarlo nos dio mucha desconfianza. Encima de eso por ser mujer tratando de negociar la tratan a uno como si no supiera de lo que está hablando. Guarden su dinero y vallan a otro lado. Y no compren carros de otro estado. Be careful with this place! We went to see a car and we took my brother-in-law who doesn't speak Spanish but understands it. The man showing us the car explained to us that, they inspect the cars before putting them up for sale and mentioned that even those they receive from out of state do not get put out for sale until they are "ready." My brother-in-law, my niece, and I heard the same thing. When my brother-in-law asked him in English if the car we were looking at was from another state, the man got nervous and denied having made the comment even after I repeated the question in Spanish and his comment. My brother-in-law in front of the man explained to us that many resale dealers bring cars from other states with water damage that cause a lot of irreparable problems. The three of us listened to what the seller said and when he denied it, he lost our trust. On top of that, because you are a woman trying to negotiate, they treat you as if you don't know what you are talking about. Save your money and go somewhere else. And don't buy cars from another state.
