While waiting, they have a decent waiting area stocked with coffee, a few chips, and, to my surprise, donuts. I came in at 6:30 AM and had my car done and picked up by 7:50. TERRIBLE customer service…read more I had tried numerous times to get ahold of a sales rep. They kept telling me someone was going to call me back, and no one ever did. I finally got ahold of someone after some time and discussed the price of a vehicle. Being that I lived 1.5 hours away and the vehicle was overpriced to begin with, I was very upfront that I was only going to drive down if they were willing to work on the price. The sales rep Clara said "yes we are able to work on the price" to which I asked her to please double check with her manager and let me know ahead of time if they aren't so that I didn't need to drive down. I never heard back from her again. We tried calling days before the appointment and again, we weren't able to get ahold of anyone. When we finally did, we were told Clara was going to give us a call back. No call. Fast forward to the appointment with Clara. We arrive, the car supposedly isn't even at that lot. Then Clara has the audacity to say that they are only going to drive the car over if we're okay with the list price because they are not coming to come down at all. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time with these people. They have no concept of what customer service is or how to conduct business. We should've seen how unresponsive they were from the get-go as a big red flag.
