Terrible service. Just feels like a front, no personality, they are clueless to info on the cars…read more It's more like if you want it buy it. Doors were always locked and no sales people. Looked at me like what do you want. Twice I've been here for a car I was interested in and the same thing. Avoid this place is my advice, they might be buying cars with bad conditions and fixing them enough to sell them

TERRIBLE customer service…read more I had tried numerous times to get ahold of a sales rep. They kept telling me someone was going to call me back, and no one ever did. I finally got ahold of someone after some time and discussed the price of a vehicle. Being that I lived 1.5 hours away and the vehicle was overpriced to begin with, I was very upfront that I was only going to drive down if they were willing to work on the price. The sales rep Clara said "yes we are able to work on the price" to which I asked her to please double check with her manager and let me know ahead of time if they aren't so that I didn't need to drive down. I never heard back from her again. We tried calling days before the appointment and again, we weren't able to get ahold of anyone. When we finally did, we were told Clara was going to give us a call back. No call. Fast forward to the appointment with Clara. We arrive, the car supposedly isn't even at that lot. Then Clara has the audacity to say that they are only going to drive the car over if we're okay with the list price because they are not coming to come down at all. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time with these people. They have no concept of what customer service is or how to conduct business. We should've seen how unresponsive they were from the get-go as a big red flag.

His repair techs did a nice job fixing the collision damage and other maintenance. passed all state inspections, a nice little commuting car that will go a long way. Really good experience with Will, family guy who's honest and helpful, he made the transaction easy. I'd recommend them to anyone, solid operation with a small business vibe.

I came across a listing from Our Next Car for a 2011 Toyota Sienna with only 44K miles for $12,999,…read moreand honestly thought it had to be too good to be true. We had been hoping to find an affordable, clean, and reliable Sienna after a bad experience with a previous dealership. The same day we came in to test drive the vehicle, I told Will that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we returned the very next day, he already had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for us to sign. We completed the purchase that day and also dropped off two other vehicles we needed to sell, after Will let us know he could help us with that as well. Working with Will has been a completely different experience from what we've had elsewhere. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time. The vehicle was genuinely in fantastic condition, the paperwork process was efficient, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He also made it clear that if anything came up after the purchase, we could reach out and they would take care of it, which meant a lot to us. Will listed our other vehicles right away and even handles the detailing--either as a paid service or by deducting it from the sale price. He's very transparent about his pricing and only makes $500 on trade-ins, which feels more than fair given the convenience and the amount of work involved. It truly feels like a one-stop shop, and we really appreciate how seamless everything has been. We're looking forward to continuing to work with Will and will absolutely be coming back when we're ready for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you, Will--we truly appreciate your honesty and professionalism!

So I got a quote from this place and was doing everything via text. Let me tell you guys about the…read moresmooth experience I have and how attentive their employees were. I believe his name was Lozano( sorry if I got it wrong) and Anthony. They fixed my car no issues and had it up and running in no time. They were very professional and even washed by vehicle prior to me picking it up. I highly recommend them and they are extremely affordable. Don't hesitate to give them your vehicle. Best part. No check engine light lol. The warranty they offered is just a plus!

I've waited a long time to write this review just to be sure that I actually know what I'm talking…read moreabout. My car had a check engine light for a bad sensor. I replaced it and it persisted so I bring it here. They took a look at it and let me know my car needed a valve cover replacement, new spark plugs, and to replace the sensor I had just replaced. There might have been more but this was almost a year ago so I don't exactly remember everything we did. Fine, I trust them because this place has been highly reviewed and it seemed very professional. So I spent about $1500 on repairs. Maybe a week later the same code comes on so I'm confused. I take it back to them and it takes days for them to get to the car because their "diagnostic tech" is really busy. Fine. So they call me and tell me that the code I'm getting is because my timing chain is fucked and it's going to cost $4500 to fix it... Which I don't have. So I sit on it for a few days while I see if I can come up with the money or what I'm going to do, before they threaten to charge me a storage fee for having my car with them. Fine, I understand they don't have all the space in the world. So I get to the shop pay their $150 diagnostic fee and try to take the car. The battery is dead. They gave me a jump and I drove home but there was no check engine light. I found it weird and thought it was a fluke. Long story short I replaced the battery, battery cable, oil, alternator and the car is just fine. I've been driving it for almost 8 months. I put in maybe $500 in parts. While I am trying to figure out what the problem is I message them and ask if they charged the battery, or if the battery died on them at all. No answer despite multiple messages. And this is what bothers me you have no problem messaging me multiple times to threaten me with fees but can't respond to one simple message. My point is this shop is shady. They wanted to upsell me on expensive repairs I didn't need. Now I'm not even sure if I truly needed those $1500 in repairs the first time. How do I know it was an upsell? The guy who gave me my car back said, "we just go based on what the scanner says." And that's when I knew this shop sucked. Why would I be charged a ridiculous $150 fee for you to scan my car? Personally that doesn't seem like diagnostic work (at least a proper one). I feel like some of the things I discovered on my own an experienced mechanic would have found. The car had an electrical problem. In between those two visits I took another car to them to see if they could do a transmission drain and fill. I put that in the appointment request and I made the appointment days in advance. When I get there they say they can't work on the car because it has a lot of miles on it, which again is fine but why are you making me waste my time and bring my car to you if you aren't going to work on it. Do you not have someone who checks the following days' appointments? Why does your website allow me to make the appointment if it doesn't meet your shops criteria. All in all I say stay away and find a place with honest mechanics.
