When my brother-in-law asked him in English if the car we were looking at was from another state, the man got nervous and denied having made the comment even after I repeated the question in Spanish and his comment. My brother-in-law in front of the man explained to us that many resale dealers bring cars from other states with water damage that cause a lot of irreparable problems. The three of us listened to what the seller said and when he denied it, he lost our trust. Bought two and both had defects almost at the same time. The car I was driving, I almost got killed cause the passenger's side wheel came off and luckily I was on the street about to enter the Fwy. It also had a leak on the coolant and make noise. Bought my car here less than 3 months ago, already been in the shop in total about 3 weeks due to a bad transmission, I've spend over 400 dollars on Lyfts and Ubers as they will not cover a rental or give me a loaner, this is my only car, I'm a full time student and employee so this has set me back very much. Please do not purchase a car from this dealership. My daughter was in Los Angeles and purchased her first car from this dealership. She was so excited. The cars check engine light came on right away and the dealership declined to make any reports. My daughter had been making her payments on time and the dealership repo'ed her car today due to her registration being behind. They broke into her locked parking underground garage. She showed them her receipt that she had paid for her car note and they still will not release her car. They refused to tell her where her care is, but are 1,500 dollars for her to get it back with out no explanation. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau. They deleted my review. But Back in 2021 I was desperate for a car. I was 3 months pregnant at the time too. Nelson was the one who helped me, I ended up buying a car from there. The day I drove home everything was good, the next day I went to work and it shut off on me, I called them and they sent a tow truck guy and they took it and the next day they said everything's fine now. I went to pick up with my father because he had told me it was a lemon car by all these reviews I had just read.. we spoke to the boss on the phone in NELSON'S office and he was so rude didn't even care I was pregnant either, he was fine with us taking him to court. Warning!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Bought a car about 3 months ago and since day one, the check engine light turned on. Also the car felt a bit accelerated. Took it back to the dealer and supposedly they took it to fix it who knows where. Check engine light was off for about 3 days. This place is a complete joke. They just reset the check engine light. When you go back they give you attitude and they make you wait. But when is time for payments they're on you. Took the car back 2 other times and again same thing. They said my car had a recall, and the transmission needed to be replaced. But they said it had already been done once so the dealer didn't want to do it again for free. They made us buy the warranty for 5 years and now we have to take it to one of their shops to get the transmission replaced. But we don't trust them anymore. Terrible service. Talked to the manager first and let him know I was financing. He shows me the car I came to look at and tells me the price. Run my credit to try and come to a deal and he comes out with a price that's 50% more than what I was originally offered. This place is a joke, I bought a car about 6 months ago and the minute I was arriving home the check engine light turns on.. I called the next morning and they said to just bring it back they will look at it.. when I got there I demanded another car to use so they gave a loaner.. They have some nice cars, but are worse than useless to deal with. - Salesman didn't know anything about the car, including simple features. - We weren't allowed to test drive until we talked price (extremely odd). Price sheet they provided for an 11 year old car included more fees than I paid for a new car in 2008. Seller would not negotiate on price (which was listed well above blue book and, although we wanted the vehicle badly, it wasn't in as great of shape as it should have been even to ask for blue book) and never did allow a test drive. Purchased my first ever car from them December 24th. It was my Christmas present to myself... Left the dealer with just enough gas to get to a gas station. It took me around 10 minutes to put $30 worth of gas. The nozzle kept ejecting. I didn't think much of it, thinking maybe the pump I chose just wasn't working. 6 days later, I went to a different gas station to pump gas, and it wouldn't let me put more than $8 worth of gas, though it needed gas. I thought it was strange, then again thought maybe the pump I was using just wasn't working so I moved to a different pump and this time it wouldn't let me put more than $2. I took it to the Nissan dealer and they said the tube where you add gas was damaged. The next day the engine service light turned on and my brother, who is mechanic, ran a code check, turns out a new transmission is needed too. I'm returning the car tomorrow. Not worth it. read more

Do not I repeat DO NOT do business with this dealer! Long story short we purchased a truck from them and in less than a week the check engine light comes on. The vehicle was still under warranty so after many and I mean many calls to the salesperson , manager and owner they agreed to look at the truck and claimed their mechanic didn't find anything wrong. I had to take it to my personal mechanic and had him do a diagnostic and only then they "fixed" the issue. Guess what, the egine light ended up coming up again! We then came to find out that they gave us a ridiculously high interest rate when the one the salesperson gave us was much much lower. When I asked what the high number was on the contract they claimed it was the APR reflecting all the one time miscellaneous fees but our true rate was lower . This was in-house financing so we thought we would be able to come to a friendly solution with the owner because his own salesperson told the owner she did indeed tell us the rate was lower, he refused to go by it and he never responded to any of my calls. We ended up returning the vehicle because there is no way we will give our money to a person who doesn't conduct an honest business. I wish I would have found these reviews earlier as I went through all of this ordeal while I was 8 months pregnant and still working so imagine how inconvenient it was to have to make so many attempts and not be able to come to a solution. i bought a dodge caravan and the dealer stated that this van has no problems and it has been blessed the the lord and the pope and even had me sign a ford stating that the van has no problems. on the 3rd day it got the check engine light. i txt the dealer the pic and when i showed up he went into actor mode, giving me the stressed out, oh im panicked BS......stated that his boss is demanding $500 dollars more up front and $1,000 dollars more as a down payment. I told him i barely have $100 dollars on me and i am not able to give him the money, he took the van back immediately and said then you have no car. and i had boxes i had to deliver still in the van, he stated he has another van that might work better for me, i tried it and took it to the mechanic when the engine started shaking and the engine light came on. I went to the mechanic he stated it had a bad rack & pinion. they fixed it, so i went to pick it up and that same day i asked the mechanic, is it working now and he said yes....drove my kids home and a block from their house the car completely died. He takes it to another mechanic in compton and they stated it was the transmission. and this comedian of a dealer is blaming me for it, states that i drove it on the wrong gear and i burned the engine.
