I had another garage door company come out and I was told due to the age of my garage door opener that it was no longer being made, therefore, the broken part no longer available. I abandoned this project and just opened my garage door manually. Recently, I decided to re-address the situation. This is where ASAP comes into play. The company sent out technician Nathan. Explained the situation above to Nathan and considered just getting a new garage door opener installed. Nathan gave me pricing and options if we went the route of getting a new door opener. He also took a look at the unit and stated that the part I described is actually still being made and available. With that, he also gave me the price if I just wanted the existing opener to be repaired. After weighing out the pros and cons, I decided to have the unit repaired versus getting a new one. Nathan went to work immediately and was extremely professional and explained some of the steps he was performing. After he was finished, he also recommended some maintenance procedures to keep the entire system in tip top shape. The job outcome exceeded my expectations and was very appreciative of the honest demeanor that Nathan conveyed. I highly recommend ASAP to every homeowner out there who will experience some sort of garage repair situation. Jesus was our technician and was at our house in under an hour from when I called. As I was opening/closing the garage door to demonstrate the noise, one of the wheels and rods popped right out! If any cars were in the garage at the time or if we had stood closer to that side of the door, damage would've been done. Jesus replaced all of the rollers and some rods, made some other adjustments and bracket changes, and changed out the sealer at the bottom of the door in under an hour! He was transparent when explaining what needed to be done and also showed us everything he did. No upsell, no sales tactics, just quick honest work!

We selected a simple door design, mid grade motor that comes with app connections (cool!), and asked for pin pad. The price was a good value compared to Costco and Home Depot so going with a local small business was definitely the choice for us, and we couldn't be happier! Within a week of getting the quote and visit, we paid our deposit and the crew was there installing our new garage door. The other companies said it would take 4-6 weeks or longer to get a new door and that we'd have to move our current storage racks or cut them down. Sam said we had plenty of ceiling space for a higher track installation and we didn't have to move or ruin our current storage racks. We are beyond grateful for this! I know it was a bit more work on their end, but we really appreciate being able to keep our storage racks intact. I was able to uninstall the shower head, install the filter and reinstall the shower head in one bathroom, but I didn't have the tools or elbow grease to do the same in the second bathroom. Within minutes of submitting the request, I received a message from Nick with his cell phone number, asking me to send him photos of the work. I texted him and he responded quickly confirming he could do the work with an estimate and potential time to schedule the job. He required a small deposit via Zelle. I was a little skeptical about the deposit, but he affirmed his business means more to him than the deposit and his word is worth more as well. He was able to get me on the schedule the following day and confirmed a time later that evening. That day, he texted me telling me when he was on his way and with an estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he got straight to work. He confirmed the shower head was REALLY on there! He was able to remove it, as well as the stupid flow restrictor I'd asked the previous plumber to not install--but he did anyway--threaded the connections, and installed the shower filter and shower head quickly. He also gave me an opportunity to douse the shower head in Lime Away before reinstalling! We tested the connection and he made one minor adjustment and then was done! He charged me his minimum rate and it was worth it. Very nice gentleman, very professional and honest! I appreciate he takes Zelle and Venmo. Owner Roberto went the extra mile and then some for us. We replaced three single, 30-year-old wooden garage doors with insulated metal doors. The door openings were not all the same size (almost, but not quite). We spoke with a couple of other companies who told us what we wanted (wide horizontal panels with a particular window style) was impossible, esp. with our one narrow door. Roberto said it was possible, but tricky. He went to the manufacturer and stood over them while they did exactly what was required. We also requested a specific lifter. Robert and his helper did the installation of all three doors in one day, and we love them--the doors and Roberto. We had one small, insignificant glitch, and Robert came back right away and fixed it. Dependable, with a great work ethic. read more

Outstanding organization of professionals. Our springs blew apart 12/22 and they were onsite the next day to fix. 3 months later, door went off its track. Called to see if 1 year warranty covered it and they were out the next day - apologizing they couldn't make it the same day - - which I never expected. The owner somehow fixed everything without new parts or charges and in less than half an hour. Then, rather than a hard sell, he educated me on the other parts of the door that I should consider replacing or having replaced because of the door being 20 years old. Mark is very quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! Mark is honest and talked me out of unnecessary upgrades that I considered doing. The garage door in our Rancho Mirage rental started bouncing, so my landlord called M&M. Mark sent…read morehis tech out the next day, he was very thorough and said the bar/springs/ needed to be replaced ( they indeed did!). Landlord okayed the repair and a couple hours later, happy garage door! I'm not sure why she didn't call a local business, but I was very pleased with the young tech( Tony?) from Hemet who had to drive all the way out here, and the service, pleasant young guy. Highly recommend M&M for those fun times when you cannot get your garage door to behave, and you have to be somewhere!
