The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

I needed help with some very special chairs that meant a great deal to me as they had been my…read morefather's. When he retired, my husband and I had just bought a house here in Las Vegas. He asked if we would like anything from his office. He had been an insurance salesman for 50 years and had a beautiful office. I had actually worked for my dad. It was considered my 'first job' as I was only 14 years old and after school I went in and answered phones, took messages, did filing. Since we had plenty of room, we agreed to his offer and took the entire office suite. With that came the two leather wing back chairs that, overtime in their new home needed repair. We arranged the furniture in a room we designed as the 'office'. It was always a pleasure to see the furniture everyday and work at the computer on top the desk that he used for nearly 50 years. Over the years, my cats decided the leather chairs would help keep their claws sharpened so before anyone noticed, the backs of both chairs became a real mess. We separated the chairs and covered them with old quilts, tucking them away in the corners in rooms not used very often and mostly kept closed up. I finally decided it was time to drag them out of hiding and assess the damage. I had gone through some changes in our cat family and had these new ones trained up good with scratching posts. I started looking for that special skilled tradesman that could do the chairs justice. I researched the cost of the type of chair, a leather wingback chair, and I weighed replacement verses repair and decided I wanted to keep the chairs as close to their original look. I had done some research and knew that most quotes for re upholstery was right around $1000-2000, plus additional cost of materials. Looking at real leather was just too much when costed out. So a sit down with thousands of swatches was necessary. I was really grateful at how many choices that could be made. I knew I wanted to keep it as close to leather so I chose a burgundy wine color in a faux leather. The shop was really busy so I was told it could take a couple of weeks before they could get me on the roaster and they had to order the fabric and if not available it could delay starting the job. I was in no hurry so I told them to move ahead. I signed the contract and handed them a down payment. Before I left the shop a call was made to the shop that offered the faux leather and they had the amount needed so they ordered it and gave me the good news before I left. I had asked that I be kept up to date with progress by sending me pictures. Overall the work went smoothly and the results made me very happy. It was the pictures I had seen on Yelp that had convinced me to use Legacy Upholstery in the first place. There is a lot of pin and tucked sofas, chairs and restaurants booths that had used the same technique and design. Their work was impressive and I am very pleased with the out come. They offered pick up and delivery service which helped me a lot, the work was great, and the cost was in my budget. I recommend Legacy Upholstery!

He let me pick where I wanted the bushes/trees to go, and the type from the approved list. I am getting a rebate back that almost covers everything but $300.00. Then Ancelmo informed me that the City of Henderson has a rebate program too. Now that the work is done and I have the form certified, I submitted to them the notarized form and they will pay me an additional $725.00. After it's all said and done, I am making $425.00 total and then I don't have to pay my gardener $1400.00 a year. Plus my water will be going down. Mark came out to do my 2 car garage from Garage Floors 1 Day and he was honestly the best from the beginning. He showed up on time and was very polite. Update: On the day of the project, I was only given a quick moment to decide whether I wanted the epoxy to extend past the garage door line. I wasn't told about this option beforehand, and now they're asking $350 to come back and do it--which I'm not willing to pay. This should have been mentioned earlier so I had time to make a proper decision. Since my home faces north and the top coat is polyspartic, yellowing wouldn't have been an issue. Unfortunately, now every time I open the garage and see that unfinished line, I feel disappointed with that part of the job. See pics for what I mean. I spoke to several vendors who offered faster service (we can do it in 1 day) or cheaper service - but after meeting with Darren, who spent a considerable amount of time walking me through the difference in options, application methods and durability- the clear winner was Nu-Tech. They offer a unique process that takes about 4 days to complete but done methodically to ensure each of the 5 layers cures properly to stand the test of time (and heat in Vegas)! This definitely ISN'T your DIY Home Depot Drive Thru Epoxy vendor! (Be wary of companies that sound too good to be true or too fast to be true, saving a few bucks or days could cost you more later on) They were also a pleasure to work with - this is a family-owned company that is dedicated to their customers and their product! We were so excited to remove our old tile and carpet that was built with the home. I just wish we were sold a better quality product. I relied too much on the sellers word without scrutiny. It has been over just a year the floors were installed and we have cracks. The one video shared was recently fixed but we now have another crack upstairs and I am left with no additional flooring to fix any further damages. Per the seller this product is no longer available. I waited to review Vegas Flooring Outlet this long to ensure we were sold a quality product which seems unlikely. I am disappointed with the quality even though they look good we will have a lot of issues with cracking. It's like walking on eggshells- literally. After reviewing online opinions this type of problem is due to the lack of quality of the product. Also the flooring was not leveled properly. New flooring should be expected to last at least five to ten years before needing replacement. I feel gotten over and I will consider another flooring company for future projects.

I told him what I was looking for and what I was uninterested in. He helped me and answered all my questions then scheduled a later date and time to come to my house and measure the areas being redone. After measuring, he sent the quote over that night. We had our carpeted stairs and the vinyl flooring in our common areas, hallway and bedroom replaced with carpet and new baseboards put in. It took approximately 2 days. The men who worked on the house were respectful and so hardworking. They cleaned up each day when they were finished. The craftsmanship was beautiful. I didn't know I could feel so strongly about carpet. My husband said, "Our quality of life has gone up."
