I cannot get over how great our 3 car garage came out by Brian and his crew. We had this done the day after we went to settlement in our new home back in October '25. The guys showed up first thing in the morning and worked all day. I've included a few before and after photos. You can see it's a night and day difference from where we started and the finished product. I waited a few months to do the review to give an accurate assessment of the floor. I don't like to immediately review things like this to give the chance for problems to arise. I've had zero problems and zero regrets and am able to fully endorse a 5/5 rating here. No, this isn't cheap and there are certainly cheaper options out there for sure. But, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for. I am over the top pleased with my garage floor coating. I work in my garage a lot and am pretty clumsy when it comes to dropping heavy things and making spills. The spills cleaned right up and that floor can take a punch! No dings or chips in the coating even after knocking my very heavy Little Giant Ladder over onto the floor. I winced when I heard it hit the ground. I even hesitated to pick up the ladder knowing when I lifted it off of the floor there would for sure be some chips and deep scratches in it. Nope! Not one bit! The abuse that this floor has already taken has validated my purchase. This floor has been the best investment I have put into my house and would do it 1,000x over. We've been in our home for 8 years and I've been wanting to have the garage floor coated since we moved in. Very happy with the job they did. We have 4 car garage with many joints in the slab. Brian and Mana spent a lot of time getting these joints prepared and covered. The prep work which took up the majority of the time really paid off as the finished floor looks great. Their product is a bit more money than some other bids I received but I wanted a better quality product because a few of my neighbors put coatings on their floor's and in just a couple of years are having problems with peeling, and the warranty has expired. The product Armor Coatings uses has a lifetime warranty. A great company to deal with! read more
