The parts with the doors ended up not being as straightforward as I'd thought when ordering (from elsewhere) and the build structure in my walls wasn't as consistent as should have been (house was built in 2003, so whomever did it is probably retired or dead.) The guys took this project on and stayed committed all day to get it done. The end result? Gorgeous installation and smooth operation. They were can-do and communicated early and often throughout the day. For me, communication is essential, because that makes it partnership. I would definitely ask for these guys to help out with other projects in the future (I see an outside fence in the future...)

They advertised on their website they are licensed. But as of 10/21/2024, they have a suspended license. I highly recommend having employee John R. assist you with any questions or to place order(s). He made sure my orders were placed immediately and all of my orders arrived within a week. A couple things to know... 1) They don't keep inventory at the Portland location, it ships from a distribution center in central/eastern WA. 2) Orders are delivered to a logistics warehouse on Swan Island (near UPS) that's where customers must pick up their orders. 3) Simple Floors doesn't do installations and they don't contract with installers, they only sell the products (flooring).
