My Jeep is back at his shop after losing a wheel on the highway, he even had a tow truck able to pick it up before insurance. He called with an estimate and options for repairs within an hour! First experience was a nightmare solely thanks to insurance, but Matt was a Godsend. He took care of dealing with the insurance agency directly and ended up with a whole frame replacement, his team took care of me and my Jeep as fast as they could get the parts in! Took my newly purchased '16 Wrangler in for the obvious things I needed (wheels/tires), plus a post-purchase inspection. I was relieved to find out that I had bought a decent used Wrangler. If you are looking for a top-notch garage to work on your vehicle GarageWorks is IT! While traveling, 700 miles from home, my Jeep started puking oil all over my mom's driveway. My friend Kenny referred me to Matt and Chris at GarageWorks and they did a thorough inspection and found I needed a new oil filter housing and several other non-emergency issues. They replaced the oil filter housing with new plugs, harnesses, and other things. Awesome job with a two-day turnaround time. As can happen with any job there was a small issue after I got home. It was the Sunday before Christmas so I wasn't expecting a response until they were back open so imagine my shock and surprise when I got a call from Matt that day! He offered to tow my Jeep back to the shop so they could look at it and that was fine with me. But then I got another message, Chris was coming to the house to take a look at it THAT DAY!! Within a few hours, Chris was outside and had the very minor issue taken care of! He even took my Jeep to the car wash to rinse things off! And to truly show what an amazing group of guys and shop GarageWorks is...they sent someone out after Christmas to do a quick powerwash of the driveway to remove the gas and oil that was making a mess! Never in all my time have I had a shop go so far above and beyond expectations! Needless to say they have made a customer for life! I took my truck in for an exhaust manifold repair and they quoted me $840, they then asked for a deposit to pay for the parts, what kind of business can't afford to buy parts for a repair? anyways I paid the deposit and they started the work, 3/4 of the way they called and said it would be $220 more due to bolts breaking, I obliged, upon pickup the cost ended up being $1100. I asked the guy behind the counter what the repair had fixed and he told me nothing, just the ticking noise that annoys people. why didn't they tell me it wasn't necessary as a critical part of the truck running? they don't document anything as far as photos or anything, they are scammers and don't have proof as to what they fixed and will charge you an arm and a leg for unnecessary repairs. think about a different mechanic before you come to this place. read more

Garage Works is where I take all my vehicles now for anything I can't do myself. They are a little on the pricey side but worth it. The Owner Matt is a friendly helpful guy and he has a great team. They also participate in Christmas toy drives for kids. They care about their community and they care about their customers. I'd definitely recommend this shop. read more

I was referred to GarageWorks by a friend and my experiences have been great. My Jeep broke down while on a trip to the mountains and the local small town shop charged me a lot for no real repair. I had the Jeep towed to Berthoud Jeep in Glenwood and they had it over a month without knowing how to repair it. I had the Jeep towed to GarageWorks and Matt had it repaired in two days. I think he and his team think outside the box when certain issues come up. I plan to use this shop exclusively. Matt is very professional, honest, and runs a good business. read more

My Toyota wasn't going into 4WD correctly. Garageworks charged me $165 to (mis)diagnose the problem as the front axle's 4WD actuator. I took them at their word and replaced the front 4WD actuator. Nope, the old one was fine, replacing it made no difference. The fundamental problem was the electrical switch in the transaxle's 4WD-High actuator. Its aging plastic lever didn't push quite far enough to close the switch when the cam pushed it. I put a dab of hot-melt glue on it to give it a little bump on its end. Problem fixed, it has worked fine for 8 months now. Going to Garageworks was a waste of time and money. read more

My wife's Volkswagen Tiguan's air conditioning stopped working. I did my own basic troubleshooting and research, only to find out it may be too many variables that I had no way to test for. I called garageworks to see if they had the ability to diagnose it as they do not list VW as a brand they service. Matt happily accepted the job and identified and repaired the issue quickly. GarageWorks fixed my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland right the first time! I had a loud vibration in the front end, it turned out to be a worn out front drive shaft. I am so impressed with Matt, his customer service skills are excellent, he is extremely knowledgable and he went into great detail about what my car needed. I also know what to keep an eye on, because he thoroughly inspected my car and found a few things that could become a problem down the road with my Jeep. Went in to have the front and rear diff fluids changed. Not only did they change the fluid, they removed the rear diff cover and inspected all of the components. During the service, some other minor issues were found with my vehicle. They didn't just tell me about the issues, they actually showed me then provided me an estimate.
