The star of the show was the chicken schnitzel sandwich. If you talk about the chicken sandwich wars this one wins it all. It's so crispy, crunchy, and full of flavor. First time I've tried this and I'm going to have a problem ordering anything else from now on. I really enjoyed everything I ate here and while it was more expensive than the other Byblos locations it was of better quality. Unfortunately something has changed as the quality seems to have dropped, the menu has changed and service has really deteriorated. They have a pizza type oven like Shaya and Saba have and they were putting out a similar type bread to those establishments but on my last visit I just got generic pita bread. The experience used to rate a higher price but now things have really declined and the juice is no longer worth the squeeze. I hope my last visit was just an anomaly but I've heard from multiple people that the standard has dropped and the generic pita is the new usual. This was a four star joint and one of the top Middle Eastern joints in the area but sadly that no longer seems to be the case.

They have reusable silverware and a microwave and it's just a lovely spot for a quick afternoon lunch break if you're in the area. And then you can get some food to go and take it home with you for later.
