I've purchased several vehicles from Limited Motors over the past 15+ years, and they've always…read morebeen fair, honest, and genuinely caring. A car isn't something you replace every year like a phone or a TV, it's something you depend on day in and day out. At the big dealerships, once you've signed the papers, you're often just another sale. But at Limited Motors, you're treated like a person, not a number. Life doesn't always go smoothly, and when challenges come up, it makes all the difference to have a dealership that listens and works with you. The team at Limited Motors truly understands that your car keeps the rest of your life running. They won't promise miracles, but they will go the extra mile to help when it counts. That's what makes them special, they're not just a company you buy from, they're the kind of people you build a lasting relationship with. After all these years, I don't just see them as a car dealer, I see them as friends.

AWFUL DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL THEY ARE NOTHING BUT MONEY HUNGRY. Already by the next day I had the car and was driving it home. I had trouble with the car after the first week but the dealership was more than gracious and fixed everything free of charge. Definitely would recommend!

Great experience with this lot. People are saying they sell lemon cars and that is invalid. If you…read moredont know how to shop for a car, then dont go here. But if you know what to look for and what questions to ask then this place is great. I recently got an accord from there and i love it. No issues at all. I do agree that i am over paying for it but i do not mind as it is in fantastic condition and has great mileage. Clean car inside and out. They even tell you when you talk to them that every car there is not guaranteed to run a week or even the next day of purchase but they ALSO tell you, the cars are sold as is. So it is on YOU if you buy a crap car... The only way you're going to get a lemon car is if you have no idea what you're doing when looking at buying a car. If that is the case, find someone who does know what they are doing and have them go with you. When buying from a used car lot you can NEVER be sure about how long the car will last you due to it being a USED car. Want a car with no issues? Go to a dealership. I have only met with the owner and his son and they are great people, very understanding with financial situations and very friendly! I do believe I will purchase from here in the future. If you know cars, then I suggest stopping by this place 100%! UPDATE: HONDA IS DEAD. Lemon car. People are cool but car broke down and I forfeited the car back due to not even being paid off yet. Paid $3500 for a car that broke down mid work day. Sweet.

After that passed, I was told it would be another week... then another week again. At this point, they have had my car for over 2 months with no clear completion date. What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I have not received updates unless I call them myself, and each time I do, I get a different timeline. It feels like my car has just been pushed aside with no urgency. I understand that delays can happen, but keeping a customer informed should be basic service. Being repeatedly told "next week" with no follow-through is unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop if you need reliable timelines or consistent communication

Buyer Beware - Proceed with Extreme Caution…read more I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. While the initial buying process was fairly straightforward and the sales associate, Mamadou, was pleasant to work with, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse after the sale. I purchased a luxury vehicle, and upon arrival, I discovered several issues that were never disclosed. The passenger-side mirror was damaged and taped -- a detail conveniently left out of the online listing and photos. The Carfax only mentioned a single rear-left accident, so this additional damage came as a complete surprise. When I raised the issue, management refused to resolve it unless I paid extra. The car also had roughly 700 more miles than advertised. To make matters worse, despite being told the car would be detailed before pickup, it was in poor condition -- with stains on the seats and air vents, missing floor mats, and only one key provided. But the most alarming part came just days after the purchase: the check engine light and several other warning lights came on. When I contacted the dealership, I was given the runaround and eventually transferred to someone I had never spoken with before who claimed to be the "manager." His response was dismissive: "We can't fix that. You didn't buy a warranty, and we didn't offer one." What they failed to disclose -- and what I later discovered -- is that this same "manager" had been personally driving the car prior to the sale, which likely explains the mileage discrepancy and strongly suggests he was aware of the vehicle's condition. Selling a car "as-is" does not give a dealership the right to misrepresent its condition or withhold critical information from buyers. I'm writing this review because I know how hard people work for their money. If you're in the market for a used vehicle, look elsewhere. For comparison, I had a great experience with Cars of Kentucky -- a dealership that was honest, transparent, and professional from start to finish. If you still consider buying from this dealership, I highly recommend requesting a full, detailed video walkthrough of the vehicle. It may save you from a costly mistake -- especially if you're traveling from out of town like I was. You've been warned.
