I spoke with Codi the week before closing and he offered a ball park quote but wanted to get into measure to be precise. Unfortunately, I couldn't let them in until we closed and wanted the floor done in the same week, so we could move the following week. They came on a Tuesday to measure and confirm the quote, which did not change from the original and was very fair. They started on Wednesday and finished on Friday. The floor cured on Saturday/Sunday and we moved in on Monday. It was such a tight timeline and we were so busy, I didn't have time to get them any payment until after the work was done. He was recommended by more than one door installer, and we coordinated with him separately to tear out stucco to prep for the installation of the doors and repair and rebuilding of stucco after the door install was complete. He was mindful of the weather and found time to cover up exposed materials that wouldn't do well when wet. He cleaned up after himself each time and was great about communicating with us on timing of his arrivals. He did such a great job blending old stucco and new and considered angles from installation of doors and keeping stucco pop-outs consistent with the house or what looked natural with the new installation.
