We needed to take the fridge cabinet down to get our countertop in and Gil took care of that and re-installed it for us the same weekend. He came and tweaked things that needed it multiple times. I also had new hall cabinet doors made in the same style and they turned out great! When we're ready, we'll have the vanity in our bathroom done as well! You won't find better customer service. We used the contractor he recommended and we started a group chat to coordinate so his contractor could come over to get measurements, material drop off and scheduling. The overall cost was actually less than we were expecting. The work was completed in May while we were out of town and they were done by the time we returned home. Everything looked amazing but there were some areas that needed to be fixed/redone. Robbie continued to assist us in answering questions on how to clean our new flooring and helped us coordinate the final corrections that needed to be done since the contractor was slow at getting back to us. They came the next morning after Robbie got involved and the fixes were finally completed more than a month later. We absolutely love our new flooring.

But he went on PTO right after and we didn't get good customer service after that so got 5 other quotes and settled on another installer. Perry's quote was comparable to all the others. Months later when we were ready to pull the trigger on the flooring, I was still having remorse about not going through Perry's so I reached out and learned Marc was back so worked with him again and they ended up installing our flooring. We went with Eternity Sequoia Mineral Peak and couldn't be happier with the installation and final result. As part of our install they had to also level some cracks in the concrete slab foundation. The installers were super fast and efficient. We had a couple concerns after the installation - a couple of low spots where the floor was flexing - but the owner came out and inspected and assured us it was okay and wouldn't be a problem in the future. The masonry team were also very good. They did everything in their power not to get dust all over the house and cleaned every night. We saw the finished product and my wife and were in awe.
