It wasn't busy when we went and our service was amazing! Very relaxed place that gave a calming escape from the busy city! I would recommend anything and everything on the menu all of the food looked good and what we ordered was delicious! The matcha was amazing, I got mine sweet bc that's what I like and it tasted great!

I was looking for a place to grab a quick breakfast and stumbled upon this cafe. Everything was wonderful. They have very extensive menu ranging from a classic breakfast (pancakes, bacon, and eggs) to omelettes to breakfast sandwich and açaí bowls and everything in between. I ordered the happy breakfast and loved it. This the only place I've ever been to that lightly seasons their eggs. A little bit goes a long way and I appreciate that they do it for you. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the bacon was crispy but not burnt. It was great. I also ordered the fresh orange with carrot juice and it was sooo refreshing. I would drink that every morning if I could. It's a small spot, so a group of 4 could eat there comfortable, maybee a group of 6 if the place isn't crowded. However, any group bigger than that it may be better to carry out. Would highly recommend eating here!

Wanted to try out some of the new cafe's in town while home from college and stumbled upon this shop on a walk down Park Ave. Let me just say: the food here is really good. I ordered a traditional american breakfast of pancakes, eggs, bacon and a hash brown. Every single part of the breakfast tasted fresh and delicious, I was actually pretty surprised. What really stood out to me though was how delicious the coffee was!! Just a regular cafe con leche blew me away. The size, the taste, the smell -- every part of ordering a coffee from this shop is worth coming in for on its own. Why not 5 stars? Simple -- The place is a little bit toooo pricey (in my opinion) for what I ordered. The bill for 2 people ended up being almost $50 for just breakfast and coffee. Otherwise, this place is a must try if you're feeling in the mood for a great breakfast.

My go to spot for breakfast! I almost always get the bacon egg and cheese- the bacon is so crispy, the bun is nice and soft, and they give you a hot sauce on the side which is delicious. Always order the orange juice! It's fresh squeezed and it's so delicious, that was actually crave it sometimes The coffee is just coffee, nothing overly special. Avocado toast is simple, and straight to the point but is very good!

New hidden gem in Union City! From the outside you wouldn't know what a adorable bakery & cafe lies inside! Be sure to pop in and check them out for some baked good, sweets or coffee. They also have an expansive food menu. Cute decor, clean bathrooms and fun photo wall! Must try the torta limón!

This place has great breakfasts, you have a lot of options in the menu to pick from even though I usually order the same dish every time hehe. Their Bistro Platter (scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries and a slice of toast) is my go to with the fresh squeeze OJ. My husband is the one who orders different things and this past weekend he ordered the chicken waffles that according to him were delicious, he also had a black drip coffee. The servers are nice. The ambience is ok.

A very recomendable café on the verge of weehawken. Service was very kind, fresh ingredients and some selection coffee very well handled by the barista. Still the most important thing to me is if the place is clean and this was a 9/10 even when I got in about 3:00 pm. Very recommendable nice smelling, free WiFi, cozy little bakery-cafe near home that I'll definitely keep coming back. Thanks guys, see you tomorrow

This was such a good find! The food was so good and the kids really enjoyed their meals. That coffee was wonderful and the crepe was huge! When we're in the area - we will be back.

This small bakery and coffee shop is also a brunch place so i decided to visit. I went in ordered the food and waited. The only bad thing about this place is that the coffee took more than the food to make, And the coffee was nothing special. Ok except for that the price to food ratio was good. The food it self was fine, nothing extraordinary. They didn't ask or force to tip so that was a plus. The casher was nice and the inside of the cafe had a lot of places to sit for such a small place. The chairs were comfortable and you were not rushed to sit. The bathroom was clean. Not my type of place and will probably not be returning. But if i were you i would visit and give it a go.

Delicious empanadas and breakfast sandwiches. Food took longer than expected to come out, but worth the wait. Will return when in town.

The ladies working here were so kind and gracious about it, explaining how to order the cinnamon donuts in advance and they freeze well if you order a large quantity, so I purchased an apple cinnamon caramel scone instead. I ate it the next day and it was very good. I appreciated that it was a scone and not too sweet. There are chunks of apple in there with a definitive cinnamon presence. The caramel is drizzled over the top. It would go well with coffee or tea, particularly chai. There are other offerings here and if you see the cinnamon donuts, do not pass them up. 3.5 stars, but I am certain that could be revised upwards if I sample more of their baked goods.

I'm not gluten free but love any and all sweets. And I have so many GF people in my life. We were all patiently awaiting their grand opening and let me tell you: it was worth the wait. I stopped in shortly before they closed to pick up a box of cookies to bring to said gluten free friends. I got a mix of the sugar cookies, chocolate chip and sea salt caramels. All are incredible and none give the slightest hint that they are made to be GF. Crazy moist (Oy, sorry if you hate that word, but they were MOIST), soft and flavorful. The sugar cookie stole the show for me but I don't think you'll find a cookie you don't like. They had so many lots of vegan options as well if that's something you're on the hunt for. I can't wait to stop in again and try more of their cakes and sweet treats. Happy to have you in Mile Square!

I've never eaten anything that I didn't like. My faves are: milhojas, breakfast croissant sandwich, and any and every cake with dulce de leche filling. I only tiny, minuscule complaint I have about this place is the lack of signage for the pastries and cakes. It would be nice to know what I'm looking at without having the ask. Absolutely zero gatekeeping here. Please everyone keep patronizing this establishment. I need this place to continue to exist in my hood.

So get anything fresh, like made to order cakes or things you see come out right when you're there. Otherwise you run the risk of getting old stuff, which sucks that they don't manage that at all. On a Sunday afternoon lines moved quickly and we were able to find seats. This is a cute cafe that offers plenty of savory items and lunches, plus drinks like matcha, cakes, pastries and cookies. There is also a bathroom! The women behind the counter were all nice and patient with my questions, they also kept the line moving and were quick. I had high hopes for the Alfajores as this is an Argentinian bakery but unfortunately the ones given to me were stale. The cookie was very hard. Also the Dulce de leche was too sweet and burnt tasting to me. I also got a chocolate covered one and the cookie in that was also hard and dry. The strawberry croissant was amazing. Never had anything like that before. Not too sweet and very flaky. It has a ribbon of red on the outside which gives it a unique look. I would love to come back and try savory items. I'll continue to stick with the cakes and croissants for desert and make sure it's fresh!

Place is a hole in the wall to the point that I walked right past it. Lone server inside was very friendly. Definitely a 'get your shit and go' kind of place, but what do you expect with Hoboken real estate. Got a red eye over ice, which was slightly burnt but still good. For food I tried the La Rustica sandwich, which has proscuitto, stracchino cheese and truffle cream on homemade bread. The bread was great and I could've had just that. Decent amount of proscuitto however the price ($16) justified that. Cheese didn't do much for the sandwich, as it was outmuscled by the proscuitto and just added a touch of cream. Truffle was similarly lost. All in all could do better, could do worse. Donut bites, on the other hand, were freaking money. Got 3 of the ones with custard and should've gotten a dozen. That made the place itself. Lots of other interesting things here worth trying. Wish I could a sandwich with mozzarella as there were plenty of others that looked good too. Definitely would give this another shot, as there's some good stuff here!
