I came on my birthday to try out dip powder for the first time. The nail tech was very nice and informative and really helpful. The only reason why I do not recommend going here is because I paid for a $55 for dip powder with matte but it felt like I have gotten a $30 manicure. He buffered my nails to prep for the dip but did not trim any dead skin or did a basic nail cleaning like other places would. I just expected more for a $50 manicure. I got a gel pedicure and it was nice. It was a little weird to see they didn't use a cover for the pedicure bath. What pushed me to create this review was the price for dipped nailed. For just the dip it was $40. I would imagine included in the price they would trim the excess cuticle since they're already buffing the nail. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this just rubbed me the wrong way... also the dip got under my nails and on my skin. $40 is just too much for this quality of work. I hope in the future they can mention the cleaning of the nails is extra. read more

I found this place on Facebook because they did design, we are going to Disneyworld in 9 days so I got special nails :) for only 65!!!! I got this BEAUTIFUL little mermaid design. I am obsessed. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. It is out of the way from my house but I will for sure be back! I recommend this place to EVERYONE! So i usually always go here to get my eyebrows done. But i let only one person do that. She's usually lazy so i knew when i got there and she was just sitting on her phone she wasn't going to get up. I have been coming to Garden Nails pretty much ever since it opened. I absolutely love Lee and Andy. I won't let anyone outside of Lee touch my eyebrows. Andy and Lee are also fast, efficient, and pay attention to detail. I switched from gel to dip and Andy always makes sure that my nails are smooth and beautiful. Worst place to get a pedicure ever!!! Don't waste your money!! If you want to relax and get a nice pedicure, please go somewhere else. I have never written a bad review ever but felt the need.. The lady who took care of me seemed nice at first but took her time doing whatever in the back before even helping me out. She apologized for taking so long and started my pedicure and I was fine with that. She asked to clip my nails and that was okay too but usually after they clip them, they at least shape them too. That's all she did was leave them unevenly clipped! She went on to put stuff on my feet and legs and before I knew it she was already putting polish on my nails. Seriously?! It was less then ten min and she was already done?! I made sure to let her know that, that was the fastest pedicure I have ever received and it sucked at that. I told the couple in the front who looked like they were in charge what had happened but they made me even more upset. All the lady could tell me was that she will massage me more if that's all I wanted and tried to explain to me that basic pedicures are are usually fast and don't take so much time. I explained to her that I have received different packages of pedicures and I have never felt so cheated before. She just continued to tell me if it was fast she can massage me to make up for the time. After that bad experience why would I want anymore services from them?? Honestly, she seemed more inclined to want to argue then to have me leave as a satisfied customer. She said that's all she could do with an ugly attitude. I said no thanks, I'll just make sure to never come back, write this review, and pay full price since they seem to need the money and weren't willing to help me any other way. What a waste! I went to go get a gel manicure done about two days ago. As I arrived the place looked fairly nice. It was very clean. I was seen right away and did not have to wait a while. The woman who was working on my nails kept cutting into my skin while cutting off the cuticles (she made me bleed twice). She then began to file my nails into a square shape, she didn't ask what shape I wanted. As far as the actual gel nail polish, she didn't equally distribute it making it thick in some places and thin in other places. So my nails were somewhat lumpy due to the nail polish. Within a day the gel nail polish began to lift and they were chipped at the end. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The nail polish does not last at all whatsoever. Ideally, gel nails should last between 2 to 3 weeks. These only lasted a day. That's 35 bucks down the drain ($30 for the set and $5 tip). read more

Got a fill with gel polish. My nails were so thin they corners were breaking 2 days later. The gel started peeling off acrylic. I went to get them fixed and they still are peeling and chipping the next day. I'm not rough on my nails. Pretty disappointed won't be back. read more

Came to try a new place closer from home . Needed fills I had a beautiful oval shape on my nails and the guy just grabs my nails and start filing them into square never asked me what shape I wanted. Not impressed w/my pedi! I asked the young lady to apply a clear coating on my toes, she said they don't use top/ clear coatings @ their shop. When I questioned their dip process & then declined, they got pretty offended. You don't mix gel products w/dipping products, vise-versa. Just not impressed with my pedicure! I have had many and this perhaps was the poorest quality I've ever received. Other than clipping my nails, putting lotion on my legs the rest was a joke. I got a gel manicure done 2 weeks ago and costed $30!!! Gel started chipping within 1 week! The gel came off completely from 1 nail, without it being my fault. Today, I walk in and told them that the gel is half-off and it was only 10 days after getting them done. Lady tells me that they only have warranty for 1 week and I need to get another set and anywhere I go, its 2 weeks max for gel to stay on. I have plenty of people that gel manicures and can last them weeks longer than 2! So disappointed at the service! So quick to take your money, but not to keep customer satisfied. Worst experience. Didn't do my nails like I asked, within a week my nails looked like I had them done for 3 weeks. My manicure looked like trash and so did my pedicure. Poor quality. I received a regular french pedicure and a gel manicure. After my second shower the next day my gel manicure began to lift around the edges and eventually peeled off before the next day. The day I went in I wore sandals so I wouldn't smudge my pedicure and didn't wear any heavy shoes until two days later; when I wore my tennis shoes to the gym my pedicure picked up the pink tint from my socks. A week later and they're still pinkish. Staff was nice but I guess that means nothing when you pay $65 dollars and your toes and feet aren't on point! read more
