It turns out there was a step missed in the process after the application of the paraffin wax and so the oils brought off the nail polish. I was asked by technicians of my appointment time. When I responded 10:30am a male tech responded, " she's probably running a little late. She should be here soon." if I set up an appointment a week in advance and was sent reminders to be there, the technician should've been there. Another technician asked me if I wanted her to text her. Emily shortly responded stating she had an emergency and was not going to make it. Emily as the tech should have called me or her staff and let someone know she would not show up. I was told I would have another tech help me within 15 minutes. I waited half an hour more and then left. This is very poor customer service. Another time a kid, son of one of an employee, was screaming as if he was being hurt in the back in the employee lounge making my visit very uncomfortable. The mother of the child, a tech at work, was having a hard time keeping him quite. This went on for at least 30 minutes. I will never go back to SO-HO nails. I would rate this business -0.
