Chiiile, these prices were outrageous for a second-hand or consignment store, at least in my opinion. On a positive note, the store layout was impressively organized. I was greeted by one employee who kindly asked if I needed assistance, which was refreshing--especially since the rest of the staff didn't seem too interested in making eye contact, let alone speaking. They do have an impressive selection of high-end brands in mint condition, but overall, this place just wasn't for me.

This is my second time coming to this store to sell my items. I brought in 3 bags of clothes around…read more7:30, it took about an hour for my items to be ready. For them to tell me none of items were approved. I'm not upset over my items not being approved, but for the fact that my items were NOT even looked into. My bags were the same as when I walked in and dropped them off. Im sure it was because they closed at 9 and they were in a hurry, but that is no excuse. The ladies up in front could have suggested me coming tomorrow morning. I'm just very disappointed in the lack Of customer and not being taken seriously:/
