Rather than overpromising, they explained their schedule constraints and asked that I submit the property details online so they could review and try to fit it in. By 5:37 PM the same day, they had responded to the online request -- during what was clearly a very, very busy pre-storm window. They confirmed they would have made every effort to fit both properties into their schedule. I ended up securing another company slightly earlier due to the urgency of the situation, but I genuinely appreciated MTM's responsiveness, professionalism, and straightforward communication. Coordinating snow removal from afar for family during a severe, dangerous storm is stressful, and their willingness to help mattered. It has been 2 weeks since, never came back and has done the vanishing act again!
