Everything is perfect. The brisket has a brilliant tenderness on a sandwich that two people could share. We did. It looks like they are at Walmart in Gardner every Tuesday, and pretty accessible in the Shawnee and Lenexa areas. Give it a shot, I'm certain you won't be disappointed. Would return. Tomorrow.
