The guys doing the vacuums were already on it before I even got out of the car -- no wasted time, and you could tell they took pride in their work. Got the $30 wash and it was 100% worth it -- inside and out looked fresh. The A/C inside was blasting, which was a blessing on a hot day. Whole spot was clean, organized, and the team moved smooth. Staff was friendly across the board -- not just polite, but actually nice. That makes a difference. Every employee I passed either acknowledged me or was working. Cups stayed full (metaphorically, but you get it). Might even come back for a full detail -- the work ethic here feels different. Zero Star s-- $30 for a car that still looked like it lost a fight with a dust storm. Garfield Car Wash? More like Garbage-field Car Wash. Paid $30 for a "regular wash" -- got back a car that looked like it politely stood near some soap. I left crumbs on purpose just to see if they'd actually clean. Spoiler: they didn't. Those crumbs are still living rent-free on my side panels like it's Airbnb. They take forever, hand you back a streaky car, and then stand there like, "Tip?" Bro... for what? For vibes? If disappointment had an address, it'd be this car wash. This car wash recently raised its prices. I was able to get a four star wash. That price is now the three star wash. They don't vacuum the seats and miss spots on the floor. Drove up from San Diego to visit family and was blown away by the service. I figured I'd stop in for a quick carwash. When I say the attention to detail was incredible I mean it! The gentleman drying the car took his time doing his thing and boy did he. I paid maybe $30 or so and felt I got an upgrade. Not sure why they have such a low rating. I paid $30. and my car still had bird droppings on it and multiple dirty spots. When I confronted the man who dried/polished my car he just walked away. I spoke with the manager and showed him the spots on my car while I scraped off the dirt with my nail. He then tells me that it's not in the package. I've never heard something so ridiculous. I asked him which package is the "No bird shit package?" He didn't even help me! No tip given from me! I will never come back to this car wash ever again. Excellent service provided by Garfield Car Wash, and couldn't be happier with how the car turned out! Two staff members THOROUGHLY washed the exterior, including inside the doors and trunk, then meticulously vacuumed the interior, including nooks, crannies and under the seats and mats. They cleaned and shined up the dash, console, mirrors, windows and did a fantastic job with the tires and rims. Still can't get over that we paid only $17.99(!) to have the car looking brand new again. Paid for the 5 star wash but it doesn't even look like they vacuumed anything inside. The inside it still dirty. In the past, they'd take more time when I paid for the more expensive wash. But this time they only worked on my car for 15 mins. I thought they were just really quick today but they actually just did a basic wash to my car. Not worth the $35 I paid. I'll just wash it myself instead at a self car wash and vacuum myself. They didn't even armoral anything and that was part of the 5 star wash. I still have dirt and dog hair on the floor of my car. I had no time to wait for them to fix the issue as I had an appointment to go to. Sadly won't be returning. Don't know what changed with this business in the past year. They do not take the time to wash your car and do all the services you paid for. I've been a loyal customer here for years, but today I went to get my car washed and they left my window open. Whole left side of the driver seat was wet. No one warned me what happened. When I got in my car and sat wetting my pants I addressed the employee saying my seat was wet. I was only offered a plastic and an apology. Took my car to get washed and once I tip the guy I noticed my leather car seat ripped. It looked fresh, along with marks consistent with a vacuum or an hard instrument. I talked to the supervisor which right away became defensive and said it wasn't him. I told him I never said it was him, I told him it could have been the guy who vacuumed the car. He called him over and obviously denied knowing or doing anything . The supervisor went on to tell me that they don't vacuum seats. On 10/6/2023 I took my car to get interior detailed, I seen that the job my son truck was great .. so I was given a gift card to this car wash. We have been taking our cars for years to wash there. Never had any problems. I left my car there under their watch. My car is a 2017 Ford Escape and it's been kept in mint condition. I received a call my car was all done. I arrived and before I could get off my truck I see a dent on the front drivers door. I went to speak to the supervisor, I think his name is Eugenio and he came running. He went ask 2 workers if they noticed the dent , they replied they don't remember. Now the supervisor stated he moved my car... not his workers. I told him somebody hit my car he said nobody... then he went and stated your car is not new. I simply replied well it's not beat up. A customer ask him a he just left me there. Not once did he apologize for anything. He brush me away. Sometimes accountability is a lot better than ignoring the customer. I'm so upset this supervisor did not seem to care. I was planning on speaking to the owner but I feel it's pointless. Karma always takes care of this. read more

This is a decent car wash It is not perfect but it's clean and two blocks away from me. Sometimes the guys who do Drying the car are a little lazy. If I see something that needs to be reclearned they will do it. You know this place is good if the Montebello police department sends their cars to be washed here.
