The food was really good, authentic. The ambiance is cheery, clean and does not smell like cleaning fluids like so many Mexican restaurants.

It's pretty good, I gotta say. After trying Mex/Tex-Mex from New Mexico, it knocked my review here down a peg. However, it's pretty good. The queso is creamy and tastys like heavenly goodness. The salsa is ok, but not my cup of tea with the chips. I'm not the biggest meat eater when you compare me to the typical texan. However, their chicken fajitas are really good. They even "grill the onions and peppers right" according to my wife. yes, we got the fajitas, combination double. I just don't like beef fajitas, but everyone else did. In addition, we had a chicken quesadillas to split and that was heavenly. Just cheese in general is amazing. Overall, the service was attentive and fast. Huge fan. The ambiance is semi-loud but I think it is on average for your tex mex places with an open area. It's a nice quick bit. read more

So my server was Christie she was very delightful and kind. She was also attentive. She had no problems, taking my order, nor describing any of the dishes. However, the food was terrible. I can't even Collett Tex-Mex their cheese sauce is Velveeta and rotelle however they Call it queso the beef chimichanga had tough meat in it like shoe leather. There was a stray olive on the plate. I don't even know what that was about. The Chile Riano had some nasty greasy beef in it. It was covered in the Velveeta sauce. We went in on a Friday evening. We were greeted and seated very quickly. The restaurant is themed out very "Tex-mex" style like you'd normally see just about anywhere. Very clean, very neat. Our waitress was prompt and had our drinks out quickly and our order in the same fashion. We ordered 1 appetizer and 2 mains. Our appetizer was the sampler and we got individually prepared nachos, chicken taquitos and chicken quesadillas with queso and guacamole. All were good and had good flavor. My wife ordered cheeses enchiladas and she said they were very good. She had half with chili con carne and half with queso. She preferred the chili. I ordered chicken fajitas. They were good, but I would have liked the onions and peppers cooked a little more, with a bit more seasoning. All in all, a good place if you want a solid meal and good service. I stopped by on a Saturday night driving through town. I saw the name ana thought it was cute and the parking lot was packed. I was hoping for a bar but they didn't have one but they do serve drinks ana the waiter was quick to brink them ana the beer was Cold! :) I ordered a cheese Chili Reno. The food came super fast and was super hot and SUPER GOOD! I was surprised how fast after seeing the other reviews but it's a strong 5 star on service for me! This is a Paris tradition and I always eat here at least once when visiting this town. The restaurant could use with a good scrubbing. The service was good, they serve multiple flavors of margaritas. My family said they were good. I had the chili relleno on my most recent visit. It was flat and not battered but still tasty. The beans were very good, the chips a bit stale. Barely made it home 45 minutes away , after eating at this restaurant. Had the cheese enchiladas and my dad had the beef enchiladas and couldn't even finish his food it tasted so bad. We've seen this restaurant over the years when driving to Louisiana and decided to give it a try for a quick bowl of soup. We arrived right at noon, and from the looks of the parking lot, they appeared to be very busy. The hostess was friendly and seated us immediately. Our waiter was there quickly with chips and salsa and took our drink order. I ordered a Mango Lime Agua Fresca, which was great. The chips were hot and crispy, and the salsa had a mild heat and tasted very fresh. We both ordered bowls of Poblano Chicken Soup. It wasn't the standard Chicken tortilla with broth, but a rich creamy soup with black beans, corn, chicken and peppers that filled us up. Very tasty. Reasonably priced - we left with an $11 bill for two. The staff from the beginning to end was friendly and helpful. read more

Queso is maybe influenced by having the Campbell soup plant so close because this tastes more like cheese soup and very light on the cheese. Pouring salsa in didn't enhance the flavor. This place is incredible!!! I am celiac and it can be hard to find gluten free options when you travel!!! But this place has been certified by the NFCA (National Foundation for Celiac Awareness) I highly recommend the tamales! I would say keep driving. The bathroom was dirty and so was the floor all around our table. The chips and salsa were below average. The cheese enchiladas were extremely greasy. I am celiac and finding gluten free places is tough, but I can get violently ill if I don't. Saw the review from 9 months ago and was excited. Waitress was wonderful. She had someone else bring my plate in case she had handled a plate with flour. Told us they give them class on what celiac means and how to be gluten free. Have a separate fryer for chips so there is no cross contamination!! Very few places do these kinds of things. Food was great Tex Mex and you couldn't tell it was any different, except I didn't get sick. read more

Ok people, this is Tex Mex, so don't throw a tizzy fit if you are expecting authentic Mexican food. I was there for dinner and ordered the Chile Relleno and it was served fast and delicious! We also received good service from our waitress Janice, and oh, did I mention that the food was good? The attached pic says it all. The salsa is a bit on the sweet side, but it was good too. This was the worst Mexican food I've ever put in my mouth. The chips tasted like they were made last week. The salsa tasted like something you would get from a jar. I ordered cheese enchiladas with cheese sauce not red. The enchiladas were made with corn tortillas. They had onions in them. And the cheese sauce was worst than something you would get from a concession stand at a high school football game.
