Food and service was amazing as usual! Meats were marinated with great flavor. Service was expedited and friendly. Restaurant was clean and atmosphere was lively & fun! Update: menu has undergone a change but it's still all good. We still have a good number of food items that we order frequently. Overall still our go to KBBQ! We also tried out a new desert and its a good contender to make it onto the menu.

Captain 6 was one of my favorite dining experiences during my trip to Las Vegas! What I loved most was being able to enjoy both Korean BBQ and hot pot at the same table. The AYCE menu offered a great variety of meats, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The brisket, pork belly, and marinated meats grilled beautifully and were perfect with the different dipping sauces. The hot pot was just as satisfying and made the meal feel even more complete. Captain 6 is known for combining AYCE Korean BBQ and hot pot in one experience, which makes it a popular spot in Las Vegas Chinatown. (DRAGON FACTORY) The atmosphere was lively, energetic, and perfect for groups. Whether you're visiting with friends or family, it's the kind of place where everyone can find something they enjoy. I also appreciated that the restaurant stays open late, making it a great option after a long day exploring Vegas. (DRAGON FACTORY) The service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Staff members were quick with refills and additional orders, helping make the AYCE experience smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for a fun Korean BBQ and hot pot spot in Las Vegas with quality meats, great value, and a fun atmosphere, Captain 6 is definitely worth checking out. I'd happily come back on my next Vegas trip!

Had a really good experience at Captain6 Korean BBQ. The meat was fresh, tasted great, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I liked being able to cook everything at the table, which made the meal more fun. The staff was friendly and checked on us throughout the meal. It did get pretty busy, so service wasn't always the fastest, but everyone was still helpful. Overall, good food, good atmosphere, and a place I'd definitely come back to. The hot pot was really good--warm, flavorful broth and lots of options to cook like meat, noodles, and veggies. Everything soaked up the flavor nicely. It's fun and different since you cook it right at the table. Only downside is it takes a little time, but overall definitely worth it. The food was definitely worth it for the price, but there was no item that made the place stand out from other KBBQ places. But for 25$ for a great meal, I would say it was worth it. The service was friendly and helpful. Staff checked on us regularly and helped with refills and grill changes. Our grill was changed around 3 times which was extremely impressive. It did slow down a bit when it got busy, but they still made sure we had what we needed. Thank you Stefen for being an amazing server and we will come back again.

I came in for the $21.95 lunch special on weekdays from 11:30 to 4 pm. This deal is the cheapest kbbq deal I've found in Vegas! At 12 on a Monday there was no wait, but we did need to mention the lunch deal. We chose to do all meats, no hot pot. The jalapeño beef and jalapeño pork was not too spicy, there are additional sauces you can ask for. The beef brisket was frozen. I did not enjoy the japchae and the fish cakes were frozen. They had really good service, quick to ask us to order more. For $21.95 it was a really good deal!

JUST GOOOOO!!!!! For $33.95 pp AYCE and quality meats and allllll the great sides?!! I wish I lived here so I could come again! It's a small restaurant so there is a little wait time and they do not take reservations. There is no bar but we didn't care. They have steamed eggs and japchae so I was a happy girl!!! Service was great too! Very happy with our food and experience!

I love this place we love this place it is hard go to Korean barbecue place we get the all-you-can-eat package you can also get all you can eat with the hot pot as well which I think is a little Overkill but if you do all you can eat you must get all you can eat and you must get that it is busy during peak times and the parking lot is not the greatest so advice is go early eat early or just go there for lunch on a weekday when it's slightly less busy this is our go to Korean barbecue place even though there are many other choices in the area we still keep coming back to this one because we love it so much

Tried Captain6 Korean BBQ and overall had a solid experience. The meat quality and variety were great, especially for the price point. The $26 lunch and late night specials are definitely worth it, and I'd come back just for that. We ordered the Chef's Pirate Platter and really enjoyed the pork jowl, short rib, and rib finger. All flavorful and good quality cuts. Service was alright. Staff was friendly, but we did find ourselves having to flag someone down a few times to order more meat or make requests. We also tried the hot pot with the spicy tonkotsu and miso broths, but both were pretty underwhelming and lacked flavor. Probably wouldn't order those again. On the positive side, the included desserts were a nice surprise. The affogato and lemon sorbet were both really good and a great way to end the meal. Overall, a good spot with solid value. Would absolutely come back and try more of the meat and side dish options.

One of the most reasonable priced Korean BBQ in town! I've been here a few times only the first time was on purpose! Usually it's because long wait times at other places that I want to try but still haven't. Wait times here are hit or miss. Sometimes there is about 30-60 minute wait but others no wait. All parties must be present to be seated!!! There is no real waiting area. There is a bench. A small bench. No standing room. So if you have to wait prepare to be outside or in the car and they will text you. Service is good. They don't harp on you so go ahead and order a bunch to start like the tomahawk combo which is a cool deal. I love the apps and sides. I like the rock shrimp, gyoza, cream cheese wontons. Corn cheese, cucumber kimchi and the Captain 6 rice. Everything I've had was good. If I had a complaint it would be to change up the desserts very limited and tiny. Not much to look at as far as ambiance. It really is just a bunch of tall booths. But the place is clean. Service is good. Food is great quality. You really don't need to look at a painting on the wall to have a good time. By the time I thought about taking pictures of the food we were done. So here's the menu. They even have hotpot!

Steffen and Aaizon was really good to us and even offered us and new item that not on the menu. Thank you guys!!!

    Gambit H.

We went with the $33.95 option. We ordered the tomahawk steak and ribeye steak. I chose the strawberry ice cream. I did not care for the music that was being played it had a lot of profanity.

We went as party of 4 and we went with the happy hour option, there are a lot of options for happy hour. We tried mostly all the good on the menu and it's really good. Our servers are pretty nice and friendly, Steffen and Tom, they checked on us a lot and did a really good job. The place is pretty cozy, friendly environment, and there playlist are great

Ask the Community - Captain6 Korean BBQ

Do they have non gender specific bathrooms?

    No they do not

Is 21.95 late night happy hour special still in place?

As of our last visit on 3/17/24, the menu said Late Night Special was $25.95, Monday thru Thursday, 10pm to Close, Last Call is 2am.

What is the largest party size you can sit?

Are we able to make reservations?

No, I don't believe they take reservations. My advice is to get there when they open, for lunch.

Is the $19 happy hour still available and if so, what time?

Their Instagram currently says that their AYCE 19.99 is mon-fri 11:30am-4pm/S-Th 10pm-close

Is dinner menu the same every night, or Sunday is more special? What's the price for dinner? Thanks

I believe the menu stays the same if you go for the all you can eat option. There is a regular one for 26.95 and a premium one for 29.99. The premium adds more seafood options like crab, etc.…

    Is it a buffet?

All you can eat. Ordered at your table.

    How busy does it get?

Yes, it can be busy. Last time I went we got there right when it opened (11:30am I believe) and there was no wait, but an hour later it was filled.

    How much per person?

    Around $27 per person

Do you have a set time limit per table in terms of ordering?

90 minutes is the limit but the food comes fairly quickly

Is there a 2 person minimum?

Not that I am aware of

Do they still have the two for one drink special going?

    Yes

Can someone please tell me what goes in the iced coffee for that flavor!? really good! Edit: I mean the cup of Korean iced coffee! Which brand of coffee and creamer I'm…

I would like to know too! It is really good

Does anyone know wats in "the shit"?

    Imitation crab.

Do you still do the seafood BBQ?

    Squid

    Do they still take reservations?

    No, I just called.

Charcoal grill or gas grill? Photos showed variety

It's always been gas but this place is one of the better ones still

How much is kids pricing and what age?

This kind of question should be directed to the restaurant... call them!

    Do they have rice paper?

No but they have radish paper.

Why are you charging service fee?is that compulsory?

The service fee is just automatic gratuity for a party of 4 or more.

It's located off the Strip in a somewhat hidden, out-of-the-way plaza, which gives it more of a local, low-key feel. One thing I noticed right away was that the menu posted in the lobby didn't have prices, but the menu behind the register did. They have a huge selection of food, so there are plenty of options to choose from. We ordered the burnt ends, brisket, mac and cheese, chicken sliders, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and cornbread. The brisket was unfortunately overcooked, although the burnt ends were good. The meatloaf was okay but definitely not the best I've had. The mac and cheese was good, and the mashed potatoes were actually really good. The chicken sliders were just okay, and the cornbread didn't really stand out. Overall, I was a little disappointed because the reviews had me expecting something exceptional. Everything was decent, but honestly, the meal was pretty mediocre for me. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really blew me away either. I'd still give it four stars because there were several good items, the menu has a lot of variety, and our overall experience was fine. However, based on the ratings, I definitely expected more.
