No pool for use ONLY if you pay additional $ each time you use oh and it's open ONLY weekends if Manager wants to open it. No gym. Laundry room dirty and small. No new bathrooms and showers. So many stray cats it's ridiculous. Management is awful. Yell at residents and guests. Preferred treatment among residents. Racists. Condescending. They should clean the RV park and stop lying on website instead of bullying people. Karma!!! read more

Management truly brings down the quality of this park. Monica Jones is so unprofessional it's beyond words from cussing to racism; She lets certain renters do things that she doesn't allow other renters to do by choosing favorites. There were about 6 months straight of homeless people living in RVs on all sides of the park and she didn't do anything about it because she claimed she couldn't, a RESIDENT actually got the city to kick them out, a resident did the job better than her, pathetic. There's a stray cat problem on the property, monica will see a litter get born and allow them to stay on whosever property they were born on instead of taking them to the shelter! And she gets upset at residents when the kittens grow up and reproduce more. There are MULTIPLE RESIDENTS who take the time out of their day to go to the shelter and take unneutered cats to get fixed because she won't do anything. She even knows of a resident who is poisoning animals but hasn't done anything about it, probably because it's getting rid of the cats! Even after over 6 PETS were killed! She advertises amenities THAT are NOT ACCESSIBLE. The pool has been open for maybe 2 months out of 5 years I've lived here. The game room is not open because the front office is never open. The laundry room is always dirty and it's been years since all of the washers and dryers worked. The gym is locked and not accessible, they claim you need to call the office to have them unlock it for you, the thing is the office number is just Monica's personal phone which she doesn't answer. I've went to the office to complain in person about 5 times but it's been closed on all separate occasions, so here I am writing this review. The bathrooms on site are all closed. There's a reason this company has multiple lawsuits all across California, simply look up harmony homes lawsuit and you'll see multiple class actions against them. This company is embarrassing and its parks like these that continue to make it look like a joke. I also saw an argument ensue at a meeting where a resident told the manager he didn't know there was a rule for a four foot fence and the husband started yelling and nearly assaulted the resident, the wife had to step in between them and I'm convinced he didn't fight the resident because there was another resident recording. Monica, the manager, has successfully bullied many RV residents into moving out so that they can build their tiny homes. She will go into your space claiming it's her right even though you have rights as a renter. 2/3 restrooms are never open, which means you will not be able to shower unless you have one in your camper/RV/Trailer. Pool is only ever open for her own family. Roach & rat infestation - there are stray cats that have helped a little but Monica has mentioned wanting to poison any water or feeder bowls left out for them by the residents. Rent is very high (average 1700), however, most cannot afford to move. Her supervisor has pointed out her racism as well, but has not taken action. In order to file a complaint, you have to send in a letter an/or email but when you do, they will claim you are the one harassing them. Many tenants have complained but no action has taken place. read more

I use to live here with my family. The reason we moved was Monica she was a horrible person racist threatened Us and the residents constantly. Charged us and the residents unfairly. Always had a nasty attitude when talked to. Always had the office locked not one day would she open or picked up the phone. I know a lot of people moved because of her cooperate needs to do something about her. My family and I lived at this park for four years. It was out of necessity. We were saving for a house and this was the best way to do it. When we first moved in the first day we met the park felon, who apparently likes to intimidate women which he tried to do with my wife. After he realized what would happen to him if he tried it again he began to be a nuisance. Donna, the 1st manager was less to be desired as a businesswoman and as a person played favorites. She was rude, intoxicated most of the time and let the electrical union people have the run of the park. And only enforced park rules on people who she didn't like. Donna's dad who owned the park was a condescending jerk who tried to tow my work truck because he thought it was ugly. He had a few other daughters standing with him that were jerks too. Soooooo. They hot a new manager who immediately made friends with the park dregs. A few days before we moved into our house. I listened to the park manager, maintenance stooge and the park felon bad mouth the local police. Outside my rig. Best thing that ever happened was us buying a house and leaving. Never going back there again. read more

If only I could give this RV Park zero stars, I would. Their lease doesn't state in writing that you must give them a 30 day notice in order to get your $995 deposit back. Legally, a contract must state in writing the terms, no one is allowed to assume anything. They charge you in advance for utilities, not knowing what your rig will use, and then bill you again for your actual usage, so you pay twice, and don't you dare ask for the PG&E reading. There is no way my unit used $34 dollars one month, and then $103 the next when nothing on my rig runs on electric and I was never home and live alone. They tell you upon move in that you must keep your spot clean and tidy, which I did, meanwhile I am looking around at my neighbors and it is junked up with old broken furniture, old rusted out work out equipment, piled high with leaves and debris, and just trash in general. The laundry room is absolutely disgusting! 2 out of the washers and dryers they have seldom, if ever work. The broken units have standing souring water rusting out the units. The corporate office could not care less about the property, and state that it is beautiful. Our definition of beautiful is vastly different. You may want to go check out the property in person. Some folks have their entire kitchens outside their rigs, toaster oven and mini-fridge included. I've attempted to get a name from the office on who to invite to mediation to get my deposit back, and no one will return my call. Run as fast as you can away from this business and Harmony Homes, take a look at their press from the top down they're not who you want to do business with. Check out Santa Nella RV park, it's beautiful and clean, and the folks there genuinely care about their residents, and their fees are phenomenal. read more

We were constantly harassed and threatened by the manager who put stickers on our cars and threatened to tow our cars for parking in guests parking as there are not enough parking spaces for each spot. The cement slabs are broken and the bathrooms are dirty and the lights dont work. We tried to tell mgmt but only received retaliation. The place is crawling with wild cats and the garbage is constantly overflowing because there are not enough trash cans and people off the street come in and dump their garbage. We lived there 9 months and were spied on in our back yard by the manager and threated to be evicted for honking my horn during the day but they let 25-30 people set off illegal fireworks in the driveway on the fourth for hours in the night past midnight! Harmony properties was not friendly to us at all and just retaliated by evicting us for no reason even though we paid rent on time and were never there. We were lied to in a meeting by Harmony Properties who said we could stay as long as we wanted but they are throwing people out to build small homes with no parking! We do not recommend staying here as management is cruel, plays favoritism and constantly harassed us coming to our spot to complain! read more

I have been visiting family here for some time now and it has never looked better. Maintenance does a great job and the bathrooms look amazing after the remodel. We stayed there for 3 1/2 days. They were very welcoming but that's as far as it goes. One night we went to the pool and the cleaning lady had a party. 18 kids and 6 - 8 adults. They were rude, even got kicked. The next night we went to the pool and were told by one of the renters that we should leave. That they had a game going and we would be in the way. They obviously don't enforce the rules. Also, I wasn't pleased when we tried one of the public bathrooms and the can outside was full of feces soiled toilet paper! And the toilets were working fine! read more

While there's no such thing as a perfect RV park, this one is pretty nice. Being a full time RVer, I've stayed at many of the parks in the area, and this one is full of amenities AND reasonably priced for it's proximity to Silicon Valley. There are cheaper parks w/very few amenities, but hard to argue w/clean, paved, level sites(many pull-thru), free cable & wifi, excellent cell reception, pool, gym, huge laundry room(10 washer & dryers), close to a few restaurants/competitive gas/diesel/general store, and even an RV wash station nearby! It's a little close to the fwy(on one end), and sites are pretty tight, but I can easily recommend this park, and may even call it home on a more permanent basis someday! read more

This park is crowded and management are rude too crowded she is all about the money people fighting and there is drug use in this park highly recommend you go elsewhere. She is over priced and will change the rules and prices she had a friends truck towed bit let others park wherever to say the least this place 8s the worst possible choice especially if you have small kids thumbs dow!!! read more

This place is awesome. The park is clean. The facilities are well taken care of. The other campers are curtious and quiet. The park is secure and I never worry about my trailer or personal property. The awesome girl in the office Piper is extremely nice and helpful. She has made the move to the bay area very easy. I definitely recommend this park. 5 stars is not enough. read more

In order to get a spot your trailer has to be no more than 10 years old (which ours is only a year a and a half old) we got there and there are permanent residents with old run down trashy looking trailers with Christmas lights still up and it makes the park look like garbage. The pool is decent but the price is way higher than what it should be for the park. The spaces are NOT level, concrete is cracked in most spots. It's extremely cramped when people's slides impede over your designated space. Kim, the owner, is very nice; but the crowd in the park is kinda ghetto and trashy. read more

I'm not a fan of parking lot RV parks, but sometimes you have no choice. I have stayed at very nice ones, but this one ranks as so-so. Pros Well located if you plan to visit the Silicon Valley. They have multiple bathrooms and their are no restrictions on size or type of RV. If you have a big rig, stay at Garlic Farms USA RV Park just a few miles away. Multiple fast food locations and a convenience market all within walking distance. Quick access to Hwy 101 (good and bad). Cons Quick access to Hwy 101 means it's noisy. Very little space between trailers (like a can of sardines). Many long term residents who start off to work around 5:00am (more noise). Too many long term residents, making it difficult to get reservations, even in the off season (this has been a problem we've run into quite a bit). Bottom line: OK as a one night stopover or if you have business in the area. Well located as stop #1 if you're heading to the Pacific Northwest starting at San Diego (as we did). read more

Made reservations here to attend the Gilroy Garlic Festival. This is a park with mostly full timers. The full timers are not gracious about the newcomers. We had a spot that was unfortunately near a shortcut that the full timers regularly used. So we continually had people walking right under our awning and stepping over our barbeque, and around our chairs. One guy told us as he was walking through our spot that this was why he had moved from this spot. ( Thanks buddy!). They advertise that they have free shuttle every 15 minutes to the garlic festival. We arrived 5 minutes before the shuttle was supposed to arrive and had to wait 50 minutes before the shuttle arrived. They kept giving us different excuses as to why it was late. ( they got lost; someone got on the wrong shuttle bus; they had a handicap person they had to take...) The manager is indifferent to the newcomers as she rides her golf cart around. She is friendly only to the full timers. For $85 per night, we should have stayed in a hotel! On the positive side, they do have clean bathrooms and full hookups. read more

This is a very nice park if you are passing through, or if you have business in the San Jose Area. The managers and maintenance staff are terrific, and the park is very clean. There is a large amount of permanent residents, but I find that is true of most RV parks these days. These folks obviously took pride in their park. Yes, there are some children playing, but what curmudgeon doesn't enjoy watching kids have a good time? The park is right off the freeway, and there is a Chevron station right across the street with easy RV access. There are also several fast food restaurants nearby. Best of all, an ice cream truck made the rounds through the park one evening, which earned the park five stars as far as I'm concerned. The bathrooms and laundry were all very clean. We come to this area quite a bit, and plan to stay here again. read more

I'm not real sure on where to begin! First I'll start by saying that I was at the park for 6 months due to work. The park is to say, the very least accommodating! The pull through spaces are long but the rv next to you has no room to even put out the awning. There is absolutely no extra parking in the park, the manager actually towed a guest of mines vehicle without warning, and there weren't any signs in the parking lot saying that they couldn't park there. Not children friendly. There is a pool but that's it, there is no where for the kids to go out and play unless it is in the middle of the road. If you like to drive through obstacles this would be the place for you, because at any given time of the day there are cars parked all along the roads sometimes with barely enough room to get through. All of the above mentioned is bad but doable if you where in a situation like myself, with work bringing me here, but what is not dismissible is Donna the managers shear disrespect for the tenants of the park! My suggestion is find another park that would allow you to see all the beauty the area has to offer and to stay away from Gilroy Garlic Farms. read more
