More than once, a mechanic here has spent a few hours on my car diagnosing a problem that other garages couldn't detect (even after I described thoroughly) They are honest, capable, and eager to save your money rather than up selling services and repairs that you don't need (unlike most dealerships and chain companies). I tend to avoid small shops--I like to plug into a corporate structure. That said, I trust these guys with my auto when real work is on the table.

Of course I assumed AC work may or may not be expensive depending on the problem and after receiving a high quote I needed to run it by my husband. Also come to find out they charge mostly the labor because we found the parts I needed online for $215. (My quote was almost $1600 not including the money they robbed me of) They said they still needed to charge me ($217) because they topped off (it wasn't empty) and recharge my ac. I didn't ask them to do either of those things, just to run a diagnostic which I would have paid for if there was a cost for that, no problem. I asked the man at the counter if doing those things was going to temporarily help with the cold air and he said yes. A lie. Come to find out because my issue is my compressor, recharging and adding more Freon was a total waste of time and money. That's $217 wasted on something I didn't even ask them to do. I imagine they won't be willing to refund me so all I can do is try to help someone else to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

All negotiations were conducted by text message and are documented in writing. I was clearly told that sales tax was included in the out-the-door price. I even have a photo of their computer screen showing the calculated Georgia sales tax (within about $100 of the correct amount), along with screenshots of all our price negotiations. We agreed on a price pending an independent inspection from a local shop -- an inspection they initially told me was unnecessary because they had already completed a "127-point inspection" themselves and through the auction. The independent inspection revealed several costly issues, including ball joints with an estimated repair cost of approximately $2,500. Based on those findings, we renegotiated and agreed on a revised out-the-door price. I informed them I would be paying cash via cashier's check and driving four hours each way to complete the purchase. They assured me the paperwork would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting that everything matched our written agreement and did not re-review the paperwork carefully before signing. Later, I discovered that the Georgia sales tax had been removed from the deal, effectively increasing my cost by over $1,100 when I went to register the vehicle at the tag office. An "out-the-door" price has a clear meaning, especially when sales tax is explicitly discussed and documented. I have written proof of the agreement and will be submitting all documentation to the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs regarding deceptive practices and bait-and-switch conduct. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly review every document before signing

We have owned our RV since the end of 2019, and as most owners we too experienced lots of issues…read morethe first couple years. Over the next few years we spent traveling the United States, missing only eight states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Over the years, we have always felt like we've been ripped off, taken advantage of or price gouged. We didn't have much hope left that there were any genuine & honest RV repair shops out there, especially the last few we used and attempted to use here in East Tennessee but thankfully, we were wrong! Unlimited RV did such a phenomenal job. They were extremely communicative, efficient, fast and were upfront and honest with expectations and work to be done. Additionally, the work they did was far beyond what we expected. Although I'm glad we don't have anymore issues on the RV, I'll be more than happy to drive the hour and a half to come back to this shop if I ever needed!! P.S. A huge thank you to Wade and Michelle for proving to us that good honest companies still exist.

We reached out to Radioactive for a quote and the owner, Shaun, got back to us right away. We were given a day to make an appointment and an estimate for the work to be done. They were booking about 2 weeks out, which was fine for us. The night before our appointment, Shaun called me and confirmed that we were coming. The next day, we arrived and the car was quickly taken in. We decided to wait at the shop, as there is a small waiting area with about three chairs. We could see why they were booking out, people after people came in looking for parts and/or dropping off their cars. It took a little bit longer than expected, but we were totally fine with that. The results were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Everything was run through the car and there are zero wires showing. They were able to hook it up straight to the battery with the fuses kit we purchased. Highly recommend the team at Radioactive for anything car audio related. Also found out they do tinting in both carbon and ceramic, remote starts, alarms, custom subwoofer enclosures, and custom LED lighting. And even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on installation labor and tinting.

They finally completed the car radio installation after another 5 days that was blamed on shipping…read moretime added to the first debacle of the radio installation. After speaking to the owner he assured me they would rectify all the left over issues. The good news is they did fix the installation defects and sound quality but created more issues in the process. Now they cannot find the cigarette lighter, There are cuts in the leather, scratches on the paint. Vehicle tag was missing when I went to pick it up. One of the convertible flaps was off and his comment was that is a factory defect, it was not a defect when it got there? . I actually showed him how to put it back on. This lack of caring is what I experienced the first time, now again the second time. The good news is the system sounds great and the back up camera works great, the window tint is perfect. I did experience the bait and switch on pricing from what I was quoted. They are great guys , very busy which is part of the problem I feel. In my opinion if they would slow down and put more emphasis on quality these little errors would not keep occurring as in my experience with them has shown. Make sure you get a quote in writing and make sure you take pictures of the interior and exterior before dropping off your vehicle. They still have not call with the missing parts to the car.
