I'm pretty sure the manager is taking the phones that you turn in and selling them for a profit. We were in store working with the manager to figure something out calling T-Mobile. I guess headquarters she would not talk to them even though she was right there they begged her to get on the phone. She would not this is a horrible store. I do not recommend Them for anything. She quickly resolved the phone issue and then told us about the tablet promotion. We signed up for two. She then inquired if we had your internet service. I explained that we were on the waiting list. Much to her surprise, she looked into it and yes, our zip code said we could go onto the waiting list which we had been on for a year. Sam informed us that many customers in our area had the service and encouraged us to give it try under the 15 day free trail. Well, she was right! Got home and hooked it up, works great. As a former operations director for fortune 500 companies; i can honestly say she is an outstanding example of great customer service. Not only is she solutions oriented, but has excellent leadership skills as witnessed during our visit. What a valuable asset for T-Mobile! This is the type of team player every company would love in their organization. I would promote her in a heartbeat w/o question. They had us take the Xbox to the store where their advanced repairs are handled and fixed it properly at no additional charge. They also assured me that they would be training staff better so as not to improperly blame customers for damages. Original review: About three months ago, they "repaired" my son's Xbox by replacing the HDMI port. Unfortunately, they failed to secure the port. The reason I know this is that when it failed again and we took it back for repair under their warranty, they claimed that the port was "ripped off the motherboard." After receiving the Xbox from them the first time, we exercised the UTMOST care with that port and didn't even move the console after plugging it in. The only way that port could have been ripped off the motherboard is if it hadn't been secured properly in the first place.
