You will take a quick tram ride to the building after security check. Afterwards, you can see displays on first floor before taking escalator to 2nd floor to look over manufacturing floor. It is self guided tour with audio recording device to follow along. Then you can watch short video as well and go downstairs to gift shop. We got a couple of souvenirs and finished in a little over an hour.

The public entrance is clearly labeled and easy to find. Once you turn into the parking lot, you'll see the building where security checkpoint is and be sure to leave all the prohibited items (including cellphones) and other unnecessary things at home or in the car before entering. We found out only women were allowed to take a handbag or purse in and men who have any sized bags of any sort are not allowed to take them in. Not sure why, but not going to question that either. It feels safe to leave everything in the car because it is federal land that is secured with lots of cameras and security. After security checkpoint, you'll be asked to wait for the next shuttle to arrive and you'll be shuttled to the actual engraving and printing facility. It is just a short ride (maybe a few mins) and then you're there to see all the history and everything you need to know about how currency is made and how it works. The two floors were plentiful in providing information and fun facts about money and the self-guided tour upstairs will let you see the money being printed, sliced, and packaged. Lots of reading material if you're into that. There is also a small gift shop to check out before boarding the shuttle back to get your car. The gift shop has many little knickknacks and souvenirs one may find interesting enough to buy. There is also unsliced currency and shredded currency for purchase. If you want certain dollar bills with certain numbers on it, you can also ask to buy it. Pretty cool place to visit overall!

The barn was assembled quickly on site and within half a day, it was completed. We are extremely happy with the results. The area around the barn was well cleaned up after completion and the two assembly workers even used a metal detector to search for nails left on site! We highly recommend this company.

I had gotten quotes from some local builders for a ground up garage that were so expensive. Then, I started to look into a prefab garage and found Dry Creek and they were willing to make the trek from the Central Valley up to San Jose to build for me. Their pricing was a fraction of what a ground-up building would have cost. Short explanation: The garage came out great, despite an insanely long design and permitting process. I love the garage and it looks incredible. The builders were fantastic. Longer explanation: The sales and design process was pretty smooth. I was able to get a quote quickly from Will and a preliminary design done. I ran into some hiccups getting my permit through the city of SJ. The main issue here was that any changes that I needed Dry Creek to make required a long turnaround time, since I had to explain the changes and then Dry Creek had to re-draw and snail mail the new drawings to me. The city of San Jose was slow to respond to my changes that I turned in, so any changes that I need to submit took about three weeks. This happened several times, so every change was an additional three weeks. Another hiccup was that I had asked Dry Creek to pour the foundation for me, as a line item in my sales agreement. When the time came to begin this, Dry Creek was unable to find a local contractor to pour the foundation. It was put on me to find a local concrete contractor to do this. I got three quotes for a foundation, two of which were astronomically higher than what Dry Creek had quoted me. Luckily, my third quote was a decent price and I was able to get my foundation poured. Once the foundation was sorted out, then Dry Creek sent their traveling crew to build the garage. These guys were AWESOME. They arrived in a truck with my disassembled garage on the grailer and they assembled it quickly! They framed out the garage in 3 days. I had to get an inspection after that. After the inspection was complete, the crew came back and completed the rest of the work in 3 more days. Zach at the office was great with communicating with me and providing updates throughout the whole build process. My garage just got signed off through the city of San Jose, so I am so happy to have my completed garage!
