I placed an order 2 days ago and received a huge box today. once I opened and separated the two…read moreorders i felt a little overwhelmed with the amount of items enclosed. this will be my go to for holiday boxes , I received an amazing assortment of snacks for my household and my daughters household. I gifted a lemon cookie to my granddaughter and it smelled so good while she was consuming it, she explained the lemon flavor was all throughout and had a nose full of powder sugar, our 17 year old loved the red velvet cookie she even asked to take the turtle cookie to her bestir at school tomorrow.,. I was really impressed with the packaging and it included ice packs. I also received a nice size bag of the cheddar and Carmel popcorn which I already put up for my self. everything was individually wrapped with labels on them. don't yall sleep on these young ladies they are very impressive. i could not decided which item I wanted to try first so I chose the photo below. worth every penny.

I was disappointed, but was in a hurry, I took a picture of the label on the machine so I could call after I returned home if it showed up on my credit card. It did, I called, no answer, and didn't leave a message which was an option. It was only $6 as I was going to get 2 different flavors, so I decided it was not a big deal to bother with. To my surprise, several hours later, I got a call from a Chicago area code, so I answered. It was Nuts on Clark! She called me back from the caller id info! I explained the situation and she offered me a refund or she would send me the popcorn! I told her than was not necessary but she insisted! I said I would love to try your popcorn! She said no problem and asked what the flavors were I was going to purchase! I told her. Less than a week later I received 2 medium size bags of the flavors I chose! I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from them!! Above and beyond for sure!! And the popcorn was DELICIOUS!! Their caramel is to die for!!

Anyway the employee was friendly enough, it's a small clean store that sells all the typical Fannie Mae goodness, and they have a private parking lot. The chocolate cream filled didn't even taste creamy inside meaning it was awful.I called the manager started to tell her about my experience and she hung up on me. I have never ever been treated like this and I've been customer service for 30 years. I will never step foot back in that store ever again and I'm from Arlington Heights and I know that store has been there a long time. What a shame. I hope it's the next to close. Their ice cream is amazing they had one called campfire ice cream - delicious! They have some strange concept slushee ice cream drinks like mixed with monster energy drinks and Red Bull energy drinks if you want to try something different as well.
