We've had our new water line for a year and we've had zero issues. I appreciated that Done Right has their own machine for underground drilling and establishing new water mains. We have a brand new water line, we've had zero issues, and we are confident we will have no future issues. We had a miscommunication about who would secure the permit, but as soon as I brought it to Done Right's attention, Wendy and Steve took care of it immediately and we had an approved permit in a matter of a week.
