They offered lower price to make up but we didn't want to give them business. I found Seattle flooring in yelp with good reviews and they were quick to come out and had extremely good prices and even had an install appointment avail a few days later. The install guys came on time and did a great job. I'm so happy I went with this company!! I feel they are one of the few companies left that seem to actually care about their customers and they did good work. I highly recommend them!

TJ was super professional and courteous and helped me on this huge investment for my home! Slovak was my installer and he was top notch attention to detail very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job installing the floor. The floor is super tight as in no squeaking when I walk on it as it's a floating floor. They helped me to avoid repainting my walls by suggesting using 1/4 inch plywood to help raise floors so when he reinstalled baseboards they were high enough to avoid full paint. I just had to do some touch-up in a couple areas. Super happy with the job they did! Also Slovak the installer did a great job on cleanup after each day of all the sawdust in my garage and driveway from cutting the floor pieces! We did a full home (2k sqft) with engineered hardwood and the installer was great at what he did and explaining what we had to do on our end to keep them up (temperature control mostly in those first few weeks). We had 2 spots come apart on us about a year later and I called Joel and he came out right away and fixed them - no cost to us. These folks are great at what they do - don't hesitate to call them.

Kitchen, living room, hall in vinyl plank and three bedrooms redone in carpet. The process took. It was scheduled for three days but things were changed and during the process to take two days. Pros: The end product is beautiful! They do a gorgeous job, are extremely flexible with busy working schedules like mine, and the price point is extremely reasonable for the quality of product (I got 5 quotes from all the major places). I also dealt with the owner as all other reviews say you will which is nice. It truly is a small family business. Cons: I don't know if you'd call this a con but is worth mentioning. This is a VERY small company. A family business. I prefer supporting a family business but I also expected a "team" to come lay my plank flooring and only one person came alone and was here until 8pm- almost a 12 hour day! He did a perfect job. The quality is unmatched and I am very pleased. Also, there were a couple instances of running late and we had to call them to check up - it would have been nice if we would have gotten a call instead of us having to reach out. Over all I am extremely pleased with their company and would recommend them to anyone.

It's been at least 5 years, I had them put counters on my upstairs and downstairs kitchen. The job…read morewas done and I had no issues that were obvious. The sink on the downstairs kitchen that they installed started to leak. We thought it was the pipe upon further inspection we saw it was the actual sink ( stainless steel), it seems while installing it they cracked it and instead of getting a new sink that I paid for, the workers patched it. It is so stuck that instead of being able to unhook and release it, we tried to dissolve glue with everything we could find, now unfortunately, we are going to have to break the stone to be able to change out the sink. So there will be an expense that I shouldn't have to bear. As I said it took awhile but the glue finally gave. I will never give them my business nor will I recommend them. Shoddy work.

We spent thousands of dollars with him but he still was very VERY opinionated about our choices. We ordered them because we were tired of calling around and those were available but the quality of cabinets not only delivered cabinets that didn't do what he promised like some needed extra accessories so that was a lot of extra money he didn't tell us we would have to spend on top of what we had paid him. He offered other services like flooring install etc and so glad we didn't do it all with him. This guy shouldn't be in business anymore. He was terrible to deal with and the reviews below sounds sooooo fake like a friend or himself placed them. Anything thing that annoyed us is that he was so inconsiderate about meeting then made us feel like we were the ones taking advantage of him somehow. Got really angry on the phone and the rest of the transaction was a nightmare. He didn't even cared to show up to make sure cabinets were installed properly and we had a bunch of holes and had to argue with the installers because they got mad they were just throwing cabinets wherever they wanted not like the layout we had spoken w alex. That's another huge red flag, this guy doesn't even know how to measure a kitchen or bathrooms properly. HE GUESSES that if it looks good on his little computer screen, it will all actually fit!!! So don't trust him measuring your kitchen. Have a professional measure and triple check that layout along with the designers credentials. The cabinets were POOR POOR quality and many were NOT the size we needed!! He said to us that we must have "changed something" and we are like, how? We didn't submit layout to anyone nor moved any walls. Overall, really just wish we would've gone w a company that. Was established not so new. He also lied about owning the other company where the cabinets come from. Such lier and horrible person. I hope people just go elsewhere and save themselves tens of thousands of dollars and the big huge headache. Also, he refused to make things right! "Don't think any of this was my fault" he Saudi ha! Install was smooth and looks amazing…read more There was one very small spot we requested be fixed (base and door trim was not installed until after floor was finished and there was a very small cut reveal) and the owner came out and made sure it was fixed and looked perfect. It is very refreshing to receive superior customer service from start to finish. We will only use Tacoma Floors for any of our projects and will pass that info on to anyone that will listen.
