I have a documented allergy to nightshades! I cannot even get in the car, now! Why would anyone take a Camry, you ask? Well, additionally and possibly most important, this is a legitimate issue of stolen valor as the car is licensed with my husband's military tag. Shane explained he forgot to mention this and he was so sorry for letting it slip his mind that they did not do the work I paid for. They said they would fix the locking issue. They did BUT now the key doesnt work. I left tired of the incompetence and afraid of more damage to the vehicle. Once I arrived home I realized they did not return my $500 key I had just bought at the dealer. When I called back they said.........we dont have it, we will look. Never did I receive the key or a refund on the horrible work that was performed. You should never go here unless you dont care about your vehicle, quality work or losing your items that are in their posession. I lost over $1,000 trusting them with my vehicle.

The painter in the shop Matt's son will fly off the handle and start cussing at you screaming at the top of his lungs calling you every name in the book He will even tell you if you want the old part dig in the dumpster and get them. Matt will lie to you any chance he gets. if he tells you the parts are inn, well their not and when he tells you your car will be done in 4 to 5 days plan for 2, 7 day weeks. If your car needs a new headlight then they have to wait til it comes in before they paint and everyone knows you don't paint the headlights.They only paint the cars if you're going to pick it up within 2 or 3 hours he doesn't believe in painting and letting it cure a little before you take it. Apparently he doesn't think paint needs to cure..it's been nothing but ignorance, lies,unprofessional behavior ,and the arrogance is overwhelming.. o ya and they think they are the only paint shop in idaho so they can treat the customers like dirt.. beware of this company you will be better off passing them by..

A Friday afternoon in early September, after Labor Day, my VW Eurovan breaks down within Yellowstone National Park ... about 31 miles from West Yellowstone, MT. At great expense ($565.65), I had the park-approved towing company, YPSS, tow the van to West Yellowstone, MT. (AAA cannot enter the park.) It was dropped-off at a not-very-helpful repair shop. After several calls, I couldn't get anyone in West Yellowstone to even take a look at the Eurovan. Okay, so now what? I contacted Westgate through the AAA dispatcher. Craig Borash, the owner of Westgate in West Yellowstone, MT, could not have been more helpful. Craig clearly understood my problem, my predicament and did everything he could do to be of assistance. So, upon his suggestion, I decided to have it towed to Teton VW in Idaho Falls, ID, using my AAA Membership. This is a distance of 108 miles. We arrived in Idaho Falls, ID around 4:30 in the afternoon, a Friday afternoon. That gave Teton VW enough time to diagnose the problem by the end of the day and have the Van ready for me on the next morning, a Saturday. That connection ... that perfect timing ... would not have worked-out at all were it not for Craig and his driver, Kenyon. Craig helped me think-through the options, then "jumped on it" immediately once the decision had been made. This is exceptional service from a local business, exceptional.
