I just had my ac condenser replaced by Aaron and his crew and I need to tell everyone this is one of the best experiences I've had even though I was spending money but Aaron and his wife are just so nice and caring, they earn your confidence right away and make you want to get the job done at their shop. They are so knowledgeable and friendly that I Don't know if I will ever go back to the dealer or any other repair shop. I have already told my wife her car is also going here for any future repairs or preventive maintenance. They replaced the condenser on my trucks ac and gave it back to me the same day. The dealer wanted 4to7 business days to diagnose the problem, really? Aaron diagnosed it just by looking at it through the grill , did not even have to open the hood to see what was wrong. 100% recommended! read more

Went to see them for a second opinion about some extensive work a tire place had told us we needed on our car. Aaron and his crew did a thorough manual and visual check, road tested our car, and then Aaron himself road tested it again, and told us we didn't need any of the work that the other place was trying to sell us. He saved us about a thousand dollars, and this was a huge load off our shoulders. I'm going back next week to get a couple of electrical things looked into that came up a couple of months ago. I wish I could give these guys 6 stars, that's how good they are. I brought in my car for an A/C repair and received so much more. Billy was my main point of contact, and provided excellent customer service. He gave me daily updates, and great recommendations for other repairs needed, and wasn't pushy when some repairs were refused. When I went to pick up my car, it was practically brand new. They washed it, detailed it and threw in hubcaps! They say the best compliment a person can give is a recommendation, and you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be recommending them to everyone. I've used Aaron's several times. I had good experiences until this week. I had my car towed after it broke down. I was told the next day that I'd be charged the $35 diagnostic fee. He gave me a call later and said he thought the computer was the issue and said that they would need to take it over to a dealership and they would take care of getting the car over there. He said it would take a couple of hours for them to figure out what the issue was for sure. I get a call like three days later saying that It is going to cost $1800 for the repair and that I already owe $600 for labor. I had never been told I was going to be charged that labor charge from the dealership. I told Aaron this and he seemed to think I should've known. Since I was $600 in the hole I decided to go ahead and get the repair done. I felt like I'd been tricked into this. I picked up my car and was also charged $90 for towing. I guess them taking care of it is me getting charged for it. My advise: make sure you ask what everything is going to cost before doing any business at Aaron's. read more

I took my car in because my air conditioning wasn't working properly expecting a huge bill but to my surprise they did the work that was only needed and the charge was not very much. Very friendly and informative staff. They show you exactly what's wrong with your car and exactly what they did which is hard to find honesty these days. I was recommended to Aaron's Autocare by two people. One of which said he has been going to them for 10+ years. Earlier this week, I got a rough quote for changing the starter out on my 98 Acura RL and they quoted $300-$400 ...which was cheaper than another quote I got near to me ($535). So I had it towed to there and they diagnosed it and said it was the starter, BUT because of the make of my car...their system told them they had to do about $800 worth of labor to change it, plus the cost of the part...PLUS they may need to replace Freon after taking out the compressor. So why couldn't they look up in their system a MUCH CLOSER quote to what they wanted to charge when I asked the 1st time? Could've saved me a towing fee OR TWO!! Lastly, they're only charging me $29 diagnostic fee so that's the only plus to this review. Probably would not recommend or use them again. read more

The other reviews are true this place is amazing. I came in without an appointment and they fit me right in. They explained in detail what was wrong with my car and I never felt out of the loop even for someone who knows very little about cars. The cost was VERY affordable and somehow less than I predicted it would be which never happens when fixing my old car. All of the staff were very kind and nice to talk to while I waited. In addition to quality work, Aaron's Car Care was very courteous and professional throughout the process of fixing the brakes on my car. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, which means a lot to a women who has been ripped off in the past by other car repair centers. In response to my review of Aarons car care here is what the owners wife said but it is incorrect 6/5/2019 * Robert, we did address the concerns you brought up when you left your vehicle with us and found premature wear on the tires, bad control arm bushings, and the front struts were shot. We did our best to relay that information to you and no service was performed per your request. We pulled a code for a faulty transmission solenoid and we did not want to waste your money on a transmission fluid flush. We then recommended you to bring your vehicle to a transmission specialist to complete the more in-depth repair work needed. They did not check the transmission fluid until we brought it back a second time and told them too only then did they do that they never told me anything about any solenoid code they just said take it to a tranny shop as for all the other issues those were new tires no wear on them Aarons exact words were we checked the obvious but the obvious was not the problem read more

This guy really knows how to screw over out-of-towners. My friends and I were on our way to spring break when our car started over heating. We took it to the shop just before close and he said our thermostat was broken. He said he'd have it fixed the next day. We came back the next morning and recieved a $700 bill. It wasn't until recently that I learned that a thermostat is a 10 dollar part that takes about 10 minutes to replace. Then three days later it over heats again and blows the engine! A different mechanic said that the radiator wasn't perged after the thermostat was replaced so air got in there and overheated it. We towed it all the way back to Ohio just to sell it for scrap. I wish I had known a little more about cars at the time because it would have saved me so much time and trouble. Avoid this guy at all costs! read more
