There's an old adage - You never know how good a company is until there's a problem. Just read the owner responses to all the customer complaints. His attitude tells you all you need to know. No matter how "pretty" the showroom is, or how "nice" the salesperson seems, when there's an issue with your purchase, they won't remember your name. And finally, there's a reason they don't install and instead provide you with a list of their recommended installers. Because when an issue arises they will take no responsibility - they will blame the installer or the customer or the builder.

The freezer never worked and Flo grills replaced it with another freezer under warranty that didn't work as well. There was never a third freezer installed, that is a lie 2. The overall workmanship of the projects was excellent and during the specification phase I was proposed equipments to populate the two areas and they were selected in concert with the Flo Grills staff. At no time did I reject a robust ice maker and even to this day I would accept a replacement at "my cost" In closing I reached out to Flo Grills many times but never got a response until this rebuttal review two (2) years after the initial review. In the future Chris you ought to be more about providing a better follow up service and communicate in a manner that better serves your clientele instead of being obtuse on every level. I also spoke with Kelly the day before by phone--both extremely pleasant to work with. Their computer system is not tied into their floor inventory, and apparently hard for even their staff to navigate, making identification of available stock on floor challenging without eyes on. Their desk phones are not wireless, so checking on an item on the floor means holding or calling back from cellular. This is a small, family-owned business. Now that Harway is no longer family owned and a part of the Ferguson brand, the choices for shopping local are dwindling. But don't let family-owned mean expensive. They price match with big box and offer much better service to compete strongly. Although I did not buy that day, I have them in mind for a couple of items. Recommended. Five stars.

He explained the method and parts involved in the repair, and provided detailed instructions to the tenant. He also re-set the logs to provide better heat projection to the room. They can match the paint and shingles to your house. Their "HOA" shed met the height limit, so we went with an 8'x12'. We had them build on our concrete slab. They had a 2 man crew install the shed in one (long) day and they did a great job. You could tell that these guys knew what they were doing and cared about the details. Communication with the owners and project manager was also great. We were very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

Brent is always there to answer questions. Brandon is too. No waiting for someone to ask someone. Also, they don't upsell you. They do something that the others don't do: they listen. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Im sure you googled all sorts of estimates like I did. They are less than that. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. We are in the process of completing a kitchen remodel using a design by Round Rock Cabinets Direct…read morewith cabinets manufactured by Waypoint. Our kitchen designer was helpful and courteous, and we ended up with a cool design with a good amount of high-end features (all plywood, 42 inch upper, two lazy susans, big base cabinet drawers, etc.) for our budget. The experience was much more pleasant than our quotes at Lowes/Home Depot, and we got a very reasonable quote. We ordered and paid on August 4th. Cabinets were actually delivered on September 12th. The 5+ week lead time was longer than we anticipated but workable and more of an issue with Waypoint. I was very concerned about potential quality issues based on reading online forums. There were some relatively minor paint problems that we can probably touch up (the promised touch up kit was not included in our sink base, unfortunately). We discovered two bigger problems: a cracked wall cabinet door and a missing gap in the design with no filler pieces to address. The 3.5 inch gap should have been addressed in the kitchen design and measuring process, but, alas, it was not. These two issues have delayed the completion of our project, inconveniencing my family and our install contractor. I reported the problem on 9/14, and we still have not received the corrected pieces as of 9/22. Tracking indicates possible delivery on 9/23. Waypoint claims to have "Rapid Resolution", but 9 days is far from rapid when you are in the middle of a renovation project. I was told the parts shipped on 9/16, but tracking indicates that shipment did not occur until 9/21. I hate to give a negative review, because the people I have worked with at Round Rock Cabinets have been friendly and helpful. That said, I don't feel very good about this situation. After a pretty good start to our project, the communication and resolution of our issues has not inspired much confidence.

About 3 1/2 years later (still under warranty), it developed what was initially a relatively minor leak. That was the beginning of what has now become a six-month ordeal. Since February, I've endured multiple paid service visits, repeated repair attempts, months of downtime, and countless emails and phone calls coordinating repairs with both Big Star Backyards and Wellis. Despite all of that, the leak has progressively worsened rather than improved. The most frustrating part is that what began as a slow leak has now become a spa that can lose nearly all of its water within approximately 24 hours after being refilled. Throughout this process, I've done everything asked of me. I've coordinated appointments, rearranged travel, filled the spa when requested, taken videos documenting the leaks for the technician, and remained patient while waiting weeks for parts to arrive. Unfortunately, despite all of those efforts, I still do not have a functioning hot tub. Rather than taking ownership of why repeated repairs have failed, the conversation has increasingly shifted toward my water chemistry--even though the spa is still under warranty, the water was balanced immediately after repairs, there were no guests using the spa, and it leaked nearly empty immediately after being refilled. That explanation simply does not align with what actually occurred.

I even purchased all new parts that where not covered under warranty and they helped me out with making sure everything was in working order and I had everything I wanted.
