the worst company that could ever exist. whenever we have a problem or a issue we have to call for days to be taken care of. laundry always dirty nobody cares about it. previous manager is harassing the neighbors taking pictures of everyone, which is abuse and mnot acceptable. we dont feel safe to be around her we let the management know they're not taking any actions. there is always police in this building due to fight that happens at her house . management is aware of it and they don't care about it. parking are always dirty and not being maintained. they always raise our rent and when we have a issue in the apartment we have to pay out of our packet. read more

We moved in the 1051 Justin in Glendale, it's managed by GASKA the worst mistake we could have ever made. First of as soon we moved in I noticed water damaGe under the sink they fixed it. The closet doors keep falling off the manager is the laziest person have see he says he will change it but it's been a year nothing had been done. Now there are roaches they came and sprayed but it got worst. And when it rains I get water stains on the crown molding on the floor and we have mold in the bathroom they say it's not but it is . And now they raised the rent by 100 dollar because I said I will file a claim with public health Dpt. But this management company from what I from my neighbors raises there rent twice a year. Worst place don't rent Update. We moved out they kept most of my deposit and the list was ridiculous the things they charge . I mean they charged for oil stain on my parking space. The worst company to lease an apartment for. Charge you for things that was already pre-existing. Shady to the next level. Horrible company. Especially one of their staff JASMIN BEDOYAN. Ugh stay away from this place!!!!!!! As what the other people have mentioned before, they are nice in the beginning, then once you hand them your deposit check, it just goes down from there, rapidly. My husband and I rented one of their units when I was 8months pregnant. A couple of months in when I had my baby already, their toilet backed up and dirty, smelly water was coming up from the tub. This was in the guest bathroom where nobody hardly ever uses it. We called them and they sent a couple of plumbers who never talked to us, just went in and out (with booming voices while they talk to each other as I was putting my baby to sleep for a nap). A couple of weeks after, I received a bill for $200+ for the plumbing stating they had found "baby wipes and hair buildup" which had caused the problem. It was so upsetting because I could swear to anybody anywhere that the fault was not ours. It's sickening that they used my baby as a possible way to put the blame on us when the plumbers never showed or told us what the blockage was. And how they can be so specific at what kind of wipes were there is beyond me. It could have been disinfectant wipes or facia wipes, etc. IT became an ongoing issue until when I told them we should use a third party to settle the issue and if they refuse, I would have to file a complaint against them. At first they said they will just charge me half of the bill because after all we are "first time offenders" but I refused to accept the fault. It was just a horrible experience for us that my husband and I decided to just end our contract early and do whatever they want us to do to get our deposit back. In the end it took JASMIN BEDOYAN almost a month to mail us our check (California law states it should be mailed or hand delivered within 21 calendar days, it took her 26 days and numerous phone calls). She is just a horrible lady. She should not work with other people because she has no sense of customer service or compassion. She will avoid your calls all the time. You will know that she screens her calls because whenever you call, the receptionist will ask you who you are and what the call is about and after a brief hold, she will tell you that Jasmin is busy(an occurrence of 14 out of 15 calls). Even as you speak with her already, she will respond to your concerns with pure sarcasm and sometimes won't even let you finish your sentences. Throughout our 6month stay there too, we received all sorts of memos like saying we can not call the on site manager if we get locked out, that we have to get a locksmith, etc...that we can not gather in the common areas LOL. Then why put a "common area" in the first place??? Again, they do not deserve even one star. They should not be a business at all. read more

She was very professional and down to earth. We loved the renovated home and we where impressed by the upgrades done to to home. We are pleased to say that our prop manager Jasmine has been on top of everything since we put in our application. She has been very responsive and has not dropped the ball on ANYTHING. The application process was painless and easy to get through, and I must tell you I have blemishes on my credit and they still worked with me.
