Instead of doing so, she pulled out her personal phone, snapped a picture of me and my car, and did it with a very disrespectful attitude. I then went inside to get a printed receipt because she was still insisting I hadn't paid, even though the proof of payment was already in their system. Not only was I falsely accused in public, but being photographed without consent in that manner was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

None of my family had access to my card, it is brand new, activated days before and my kids are in elementary school so this isn't really something that is realistic. To blame your customers when they try to tell you your business is compromised seems to me like it might be guilt. So, don't go here, the owner is probably the owner of the skimmer and doesn't want anyone bringing this to anyone's attention.
