I had a bad , unpleasant, disrespectful, unprofessional experience with this trash company. After I spent over 1200 $ on my main sump pump, and got charged 250$ for just coming to my home. I struggled abd begged to get an estimate for my backup battery sump pump. There is this nasty , unprofessional employee that works there called Jennifer that came up with unprofessional excuses to get me an estimate for over 2 months. Obe time the manager has an emergency level, one time she needs more information, one time she needs the technician to come to my home even he already cane there to replace the main sump pump as mentioned above. It was so so so frustrating and disappointing. I lost a lot of my time and energy. Please, please, please stay away from this crapy, trashy, unprofessional company. You ll have a big headache, getting frustrated and disjointed about the trashy service. Never Never again. You ll get more reviews about your trashy, unprofessional, disrespectful service everywhere on social media from me.

Edit: Received call back from Lisa Turner to terminate the contract, which is what I wanted. I'm bumping the rating up to 3 stars for them resolving my request. However, I think the rest of my review and reasonable things a customer should consider before signing up with Turner's maintenance service. I bought an annual maintenance plan with Turner's Service Company. The initial service audit/maintenance check seems to be more for the purposes of selling their work at astronomical prices rather than truly caring about meeting their contract obligations. I did not like not knowing when certain pieces that I purchased from the ultimate total care policy (at $39 a month) was supposed to be fulfilled--lesson learned, I should have asked. They said the policy was a $1427 value for $500 annually, but upon execution, I find that many of the pieces are not clear, not particularly valuable, or what I expected. The purpose of purchasing an annual care policy was for me to not have to worry about regular maintenance, and just from their first initial visit I had to price check them, declare several inspection items that were not done which should have been done, with zero timeline. It's clear to me that you cannot purchase for someone to care; you still have to do the work yourself to figure out when certain pieces are supposed to be done. The Ultimate Total Care Policy I purchased was a monthly fee for them to have the opportunity to sell me their services. It provides very little actual work save for a dryer vent cleaning and carbon monoxide and gas containment testing, neither of which I got. Spoke to Gabby on December 28th, here's the list of items we went through. Services quoted from 12-02-21: · Air duct cleaning 565. · Blue monster crystals for a clogged shower 175. I've used this before myself, it is a $15 bottle from Home Depot. o 232.90 for the main line stoppage, if the crystals didn't work. The original quote of 274 didn't include my 15% repairs discounted, this was corrected over the phone. · Solace Air sanitizing UV light, install and purchase at 1583. · Quoted me 2,595 for Clean Green Bun, which included a dryer vent cleaning that is supposed to be part of my Ultimate Total Care Policy. It's more expensive for the separate work to be done altogether is what they said, which is why they are charging me for the package. · 50 Gallon gas water heater replacement quoted at 2,631, this is a member price. · Condenser unit and coil cleaning is 381, member price. They say the 15% off in my policy is for repairs only (I should have paid more attention to the wording), but it wasn't clear to me what was repairs and what isn't, and when we went down the list Gabby had a coworker help her review which items were repairs and it turns out the plumbing counted, so they revised the price for that one. They said they usually do the dryer vent cleaning on the initial visit but I told them that it wasn't done. It's not clear to me when I'm supposed to have the dryer vent cleaning. They say they will put me on the list, apparently their tool is broken and they don't have an ETA on this. I asked them what my next steps were and they said they'll call me. Gabby seemed especially keen to not let me finish my sentences when I asked her about the ETA on this so I imagine they get a lot of questions about it. It's not clear to me what would have happened if I didn't catch this. Indoor air quality accessory audit (again, I should have read more carefully, I thought it was an indoor air quality audit)--that was just him looking at the broken UV light that I had and going "yup, that's broken, you can buy one from us for $1.5k" which is something I already knew. When is the carbon monoxide, air flow, gas containment testing supposed to happen? It wasn't listed in the work notes at all. This still needs to be done. They wouldn't come out separately for this and the dryer vent work is typically done externally, so they just said "next time" which they anticipate will be Spring, or maybe they'll come in for the dryer vent work, I'm not sure. This was the most important piece of work I wanted done from the policy I signed up for.

I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

It's unbelievable but some companies required upfront deposit even before assessment of the issue. Our technician,Brian, was on time, called prior, came with shoe covers, quickly identified problems with toilet, gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time, very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere, but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area, but service is superb. Can't deduct star for high prices, because they are using gas and supplies which are horrible now.

However, the mis-management of this company combined with the lack of attention to detail of the majority of technicians we've had out these past two years has led to repeated customer service failures. I've captured more detail details below if you want more than an overall summary rating. Be forewarned their technicians are nice, and at the end of the appointments, which may only be diagnostic and not actually the fix because they need to wait for parts and then to come back (which has been where the majority of our issues have been), they ask you to give them a five star review so the technician gets a $25 performance gift card, which skews overall service ratings. Most recently our 4 year old, warranty covered, HVAC broke again (4th time since a company bought out by FH Furr installed and FH Furr fixed 3x before). It happened on a Saturday night, and we called first thing Sunday morning. They told us the technician who had the part we needed was off that day so we had to schedule for later in the week. We were out of town 4 days, then the morning of our apt, 45 min into the arrival window, we got a call saying the technician has the wrong motor, they will have to order a new part, and then when they get it in a few days they will call to reschedule. This our final straw but keep reading for more history. Something just like that happened before on our HVAC. But in that case they ordered the wrong part so we had to wait for the first part to come in, then wait for the right part to come in. During another HVAC fix they identified an issue, ordered a new part, installed it, then ID'd a second issue. I appreciated that the technician was forth coming that they should have caught that during the first diagnostic call and apologized we would have to wait for a part again. The fact that they took ownership would have made this fully forgivable if we didn't have so many other issues. They also ordered a part for a fix that was supposed to come in in a few days but I called a week later and it still hadn't come in. I called 4-5 days in a row, then finally I asked to speak to a manager and they said they can use a different, universal part instead of continuing to wait. It wasn't clear why there was such a huge difference from when the first technician said the original part would come in vs the actual timeline, but I suspect based on some of my first calls that the part might not have been ordered at all until I first called to check on it. We had a toilet not fully flushing upstairs and they quoted us $200 to fix it, but recommended the toilet itself may continue to have problems because of the design unless we replace the whole thing, so we should consider that long term. After half an hour on YouTube, and an $8 part from the local hardware store, my husband was able to fix it himself and we haven't had an issue again in the last 6 or 7 months since that issue. A theme you may pick up on is how often I have had to call them for follow up. Some of the technicians will admit that if you don't hear by xx day from dispatch, you should call them and ask if your parts have come in yet. We have definitely found that to be true on both HVAC and toilet calls. In our experience it could also be hours before a manager calls you back if you ask to speak to one. We bought the maintenance membership so we have tried to make this work, but at this point I can't waste anymore time micro managing nor can we rely on them to be responsive or do a job right. Save yourself the stress and money, avoid this company.
