People , especially the cemetery should be aware of what today is, i called and left a message with the answering service and then I stopped one of the workers and he said , the gates were closed because people steal well , people can still steal through the other entrance so I don't understand it.

Fifteen minutes into the service Sales Staff member, Damarys Moreno rudely interrupted the pastor and addressed the entire funeral party to ask "How much longer is THIS going to last?" I was shocked and enraged by the lack of humanity, decency and common respect anyone would show to a grieving family. Other staff members assured the family that management would be in contact to correct this egregious wrong and NO ONE from this establishment has called to offer an apology. Not acceptable so we asked if they could travel in the hearse, but told they "didn't want to damage the casket." Our limo driver was also 15 minutes late. My mom is still negotiating how to get the flowers to the church and we are now 20 minutes late behind schedule and may be late for our own grandfathers church service.
