Simple and easy storage. Parked a friends RV at their American canyon location for a few months. All went smoothly :)

Stored here for 6.5 years without any problem. This last year mice got in and ruined about 10k worth of goods including original art work, family photos and collectibles, and various electronic goods. In the over 7 and a half years I paid this company over $17,000 dollars and they have done nothing in the way of compensation for my loss. They don't even take responsibility for it. I love having the ability to drive up to our unit for easy access. I also love the fact that it's the most affordable storage we've found in town. What I do NOT like however is that we have lost a ton of our belongings to rat infestations. Rat poop, urine, chew marks and demolition of our items to get nesting materials out of our clothes and wood furniture. The stench of rat urine constantly lingering on everything there. The other issue I have with the place is that they lock up the garbage dumpsters so only the employees can use them. When asked if they could open it for us to throw away our destroyed items they said no, to which we replied we will open an insurance claim with their required and provided insurance that we pay for monthly, in order to get resolution for their infestation problem that caused our damages, they quickly opened the dumpsters to let us use them. I love the location, but the constant increases in pricing is starting to not be worth it with the rat problems. read more

My wife and I bought a travel trailer that was stored here. The previous owner had paid the storage fee through the end of the month and it was no problem for us to get a gate code even though we hadn't done any paperwork, except for giving them a photocopy of my driver's license. If we need to store the trailer longer they will let us do it month-to-month. I was treated very nicely by a gentleman in the office and by the manager Becky Lear. This seems to be a very we'll run and maintained storage facility. read more

I made a reservation with the main office and set up an appointment to complete the paperwork. When my husband came down at the scheduled time no one knew of the reservation . Several calls and they could never figure it out. This local office was very disorganized and we went elsewhere. Ironically, l did not check my email during the time I was talking to the office but I actually had a reservation confirmation. Poorly managed. read more

Becky is awesome and was patient with me when I was being super indecisive about the storage size I needed. She always remains professional regardless of how much she has on her plate. The man that works here (his name is slipping my mind at the moment) is also awesome. He thought I left my unit unlocked and left the premises so he called me right away. I always feel safe and comfortable at their facility. The only negative thing I have encountered is the man at the call center (that they use when they are away from their desk). I've spoken to him two or three times and he gets a condescending tone with me if I don't want to go into details with him. Moving forward - I will just call back until Becky I available or stop on by. Regardless of that they are the best to do business with and have good rates! Oh ya, and after the "big" earthquake their facility was untouched. Even being so close to the heart of the action so I feel like my belongings are safely stored here. read more
