Great place for bubble tea with an assortment of base tea flavours such as Thai tea, matcha, etc…read more as well as various topping options to choose from. You can also buy boba kits to make your own at home. There's a display case up front with an assortment of cookies and small bites, and ice cream. Occasionally, there are pop up vendors selling food or snacks. There's also a few display shelves selling goods from local vendors. Service is friendly and fast. They can get a bit busy depending on when you go. There are not a lot of seating options so probably best for grab and go. Lots of street parking available up front or on the side streets.

This is a cute shop. I love the crocheted items. They are so cute. We ordered a Baiko Matcha and a Pink Lychee. Both drinks were enjoyable but I honestly didn't taste much Lychee in my drink. I tasted mostly Strawberry in it. I think I would probably choose some kind of tea beverage next time. After all, with a name like Teaspoons & Co., I guess they would excel in making tea rather than a fruity drink like Pin Lychee. I love the selection of goods on their shelves. Passionfruit Syrup and Wintermelon Syrup both caught my eye. The Wintermelon Syrup I found to be especially unique. I have definitely never come across Wintermelong Syrup in a store before. I was very tempted to buy one of them but in the end, ended up restraining myself. Might buy one next time though.

It's been really nice having more bubble tea places open up around Brentwood, but Yi Fang was was…read morethe first. First off I really love their fruit teas. The lemon aiyu jelly, kumquat green tea and Yi Fang fruit tea have to be my favourites. They're light and refreshing and not too sweet. Normally I'm a 30-50% sugar person but here you have to get at least 70% or it's way too sour! These drinks hot are quite good as well and perfect for this cold weather we've been having, planning on trying their hot ginger milk sometime soon. The brown sugar pearls are decent too, but not as good as Xing Fu Tang or the Alley. My biggest complaint about this location is the speed of service... every time we've gone it's been pretty quiet or dead, but our drinks still take forever. I always find that each bubble tea place has a few signature drinks that are awesome, and everything else is just alright - you can't go wrong with the fruit teas here.

We've been wanting to try their Mango Pomelo Sago drink for a few months now and they just recently restocked it. Frankly, it was just okay and pricey at about $8 per cup. Hubby and I were both underwhelmed. Also, service at this location needs improvement as what most reviewers have mentioned already. I was the only one at the store and the girl at the counter didn't even acknowledge me -- had a guy exchange with her plus he answered the phone first (I was there before it rang) before even acknowledging me so I stood there like an idiot for a few minutes. Also, with just one order ahead of me (that same phone order they prioritized over me) with the same mango pomelo sago orders, I don't know why it had to take at least 10 minutes for them to make my 2 drinks. Geez. Suffice to say that I'll probably just go to a different location to get my fruit tea fix next time.

The boba is the perfect chewy consistency. They stir fry the boba and it makes all the difference. The boba is so flavorful- the best I've ever had! We had to come back the next day. There was no line on a Sunday/Monday around 8pm. Drinks came out in 5 mins. Street parking out front.

TLDR: Good teas overall…read more My wife doesn't like sweet milk teas. Normally she orders them with 0 sugar. She really appreciated the fact that here, the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk tea derives all its sugar from the boba. So the tea itself has no sugar at all. I think that's a good way to do tea... let the boba sweeten the tea! No need to add gallon of sugar after the boba, right? She thought the milk isn't as creamy as back in the bay area. But the tea itself was good. And she liked the boba, which were sweet and mushy, but without being overly mushed. I myself stay away from milk teas (damn you Lactose Intolerance!), so I normally get fruit teas. I got the mango fruit tea, with my usual 50% sugar. Even then, it's still a lot sweeter than I'm used to. But there is a good amount of tea flavor, so it didn't taste like I was drinking mango water. I even ordered some popping boba, which popped well. It was not mushy at all, and had quite a give to the texture. So for me, 4 stars means the tea is delicious, and I would want to come back. It's not quite 5 stars, which means it's one of the best teas I ever had. The guy was nice, and patiently explained about the whole no sugar added to the milk tea thing. As a strange side note, I'm not sure if it's the owner's obsession, but they certainly have a thing for a certain Chinese band... their faces were plastered all over the walls.
