This is my son's favorite restaurant. Obviously because it's a pizza buffet with a huge arcade in it. But to be fair, the food has always been consistent and the service has always been great. They have a great salad bar with fresh veggies, a pasta/spaghetti station, a nice variety of pizza options where you can also request your favorites, and some decent desserts. The arcade is also pretty impressive. It mostly has all ticket based games, but has a few other traditional arcade games as well. If you're in Round Rock with kids, GattiTown is definitely a good option to have.

Over an hour after my 1st trip to the restroom, the sink was still wet, dirty, & trash was literally spilling out on to it.

After driving 3 hours to meet up w/ family for dinner & fun, the bathrooms were worse that gas stations. When I brought it to staff members attention, he pretended to not speak English. My second attempt was met w/ rolled eyes & a very canned "we'll get right on that" , followed by an audible snicker. I expected a place like this to be ow led, but it wasn't. There is no excuse for the bathroom to be so unkempt. Edit to add: After they posted their response, I immediately emailed & called. No response. No reply.

My 11 year old granddaughter had a b-day party here. They have a variety of pizza and deserts to pick from.

My middle granddaughter had her 11th birthday party here. They offer several large dining rooms playing different movies and one room with sports. The dining areas are clean. The workers are constantly clearing tables and keeping dining areas clean. The largest room is the arcade, but no food or drinks are allowed in the arcade. You pay for the buffet as you enter if you plan on eating. They offer several different styles of pizza and will make one upon request. They also have a salad bar, and a desert bar. I did see a pasta bar as well with a sauce for topping your pasta. The prices were reasonable and the food is good. I paid $10 for the Senior AYCE :-)

This reminds me of a place called Incredible Pizza that we had in Tulsa when I lived there... the difference is... the pizza was edible in Tulsa. What's the deal with these mega fun play places with pizza? They completely forget that the pizza should be good! The salads bar was pretty well stocked... the desert pizza area was good, but the pizza... the star... was just so so. Now there is a lot to do in here... mini bowling, bumper cars, a movie area, lots of games... and ohhhh so much filth! I mean come on the eating areas were just in desperate need of cleaning... clearing tables, vacuuming, and just flat out picking up. Even the food areas just had "stuff" kind of all over. Nothing nasty or anything... just not crisp. My kids liked it for the stuff there is to do, but my oldest even said as we left... " let's get this straight... the pizza sucks!" And that is no joke!

The dude never ask for sanitizer but was loading those game card

Covid season! Saturday March 20th 7:30pm Lots of kids playing in the game area including mines Week there is only one sanitizer dispenser at the game entrance the others inside the game area are Enty So I ask the clerk young boy around 17 years old for some sanitizer he said back to me let me ask my manager and he turn around and I walk away and turn back and he was back to the register with out asking anyone Lol this is how you guy's are prepared to open business and take care those kids? Also why the clerk guy at the register was loading game card and putting them into he's wallet? Well that's weird

    Mmmm yummy pizza!

Went to Gattiland with my fiancé (as we are kids at heart) and after getting all our tickets from Skeeball etc, we were helped by Kyra, an associate behind the prize deck. She was beyond helpful! 10/10.

We came here for lunch and had a great time! This location is very clean and inviting. The buffet was well stocked and had plenty of hot fresh pizza, pasta and a big salad bar. The restrooms were very clean, as was the arcade area. There were plenty of games to play and the kids had a lot of fun. I appreciated the fact that this location hires special needs adults to work here. We will definitely come back next time we're in town!

We went on a Tuesday and it was 1/2 off games. The kids had a good time. It wasn't busy. I didn't eat anything from the buffet. So I can't comment on the food. But the bathrooms were clean and the employees were nice. Just wish the games gave more tickets

Not enough staff or food for a weekend. Lots of older teens bumping into smaller ones. I would think twice before going again.

No... well not for the general public.

Has anyone did a walk in birthday in the theater room! I want to take my daughter .. will they allow me to bring a birthday cake in there?

They allow cakes to be brought in as we have done before.

I asked Nick if we were still okay, and it wasn't one of those fake "yeah, you're fine" answers. They welcomed us in, took our order, and went right to work like it was any other time of day. That's what stood out to me. There wasn't a shortcut taken because it was close to closing. They didn't grab slices that had been sitting around. They made them the way they're supposed to be made. Crispy pepperoni, bubbling cheese, perfect crust... exactly what you'd expect from a place that takes pride in what they serve. At the end of the day, cooking great pizza is what they're supposed to do. The difference is that 600° does it with the same care at 9:30 at night as they do at lunchtime, and that's rare. Huge shout-out to Nick and the team. Great people, great pizza, and absolutely worth the drive every single time. Tue vibe is so chill !! I love it!!

Thoughts on food - The buffalo chicken tasted less like well buffalo chicken (what I'd imagine more on a wing sauce) and more just like a chicken pizza. I'm not sure how to describe it but I think the sauce missed the mark for me. The Margherita was good, I am a veggie lover so I just wish there were more tomato's and herbs on that side, otherwise it could be a bit dry. The Greek salad was a great veggie item to split, and the tiramisu is better than what you'd get at HEB but I wouldn't put it number 1 on my list either. I wish I had solid pieces of lady fingers in each bite. I'm uncertain given the influx of pizza options in the area if I'd order a whole pie myself, I'm open to trying the slices.

Every visit to…read morePromise Pizza has been a great experience, from the friendly service to the consistently delicious food. This time we tried a few different items including the Hunter Beef Sandwich, Club Sandwich, and a large pizza half BBQ Chicken and half Gyros. The Hunter Beef Sandwich was packed with flavor and layered generously with tender beef and fresh toppings, all served on soft, fresh bread. The Club Sandwich was a classic done right--stacked high with chicken, egg, crisp veggies, and creamy sauce, making it hearty and satisfying. For the pizza, we went with a half-and-half option. The BBQ Chicken side had smoky BBQ flavor with juicy chicken and melted cheese, while the Gyros side was loaded with gyro meat, veggies, and a creamy drizzle that tied everything together perfectly. The crust was nicely baked with a great balance of crisp and soft. Everything paired perfectly with their seasoned fries, which were crispy and well-seasoned. If you're in the Round Rock / Austin area, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. Consistently great food and a place I'll keep coming back to.

Hunter Beef Burger. Hunter Beef Burger. Hunter Beef Burger…read more Okay, YES. I know. The place is Promise PIZZA, however, I was just the BIGGEST fan of this Hunter Beef Burger. One bite and it took me back to Karachi. It was spicy, yet flavorful. The beef LITERALLY melted in my mouth and even as I write this, my salivary glands are going into overdrive. We did order a pizza, however, I feel that I've had better or maybe we just need to choose a different type next time. Promise Pizza definitely does deliver when it comes to how much you get for how much you spend. On the two occasions we went (in one weekend!), the place was steady, with a constant stream of folks coming in to pick up their order...even up to the point where they were closing. I do recommend calling in your order if you don't want to wait a lengthy period of time. However, it looked like the customers didn't mind and I even witnessed some conversations between the owners (workers?) and customers. The atmosphere inside of the facility was nice as well. I LOVED that they a TV going w/ YouTube videos of Karachi food stalls. I'm an American, but w/ a Pakistani background, I felt like I was home in the moments I was waiting for my order. Ooooo and don't forget the falooda! They have a few flavors, but I'm a classic gal and it really HIT THE SPOT. My husband is waiting for our next trip to Austin to get his hands on the Paan Falooda, and *ahem* so am I.

Crispy on the outside while incredibly creamy and soft on the inside. 9/10 Bolinha de Queijo (fried cheese balls) were my son's favorite, basically their version of mozzarella sticks. 9/10 Pizza Queijo, cheese pizza with crust stuffed with Brazilian cream cheese, really good. 8/10 Espetinho de Chicken Heart, my wife's choice and she loved it. Dense, slightly chewy, and best with lime and the creamy pepper sauce the waiter brought after I asked. 8/10 Strogonoff de Frango, the standout main dish. When we found out, we rushed over for a Father's day meal. The atmosphere was pretty cool, interesting pictures on the walls, someone put a lot of effort, time and thought into the decorating of this establishment. All men running the joint, we told the guy who took our order(who was very nice), it was our first time here. They have been in business for 16 years(not at this location)! So lets get down to the food. My Husband ordered the two dog combo, one a Chicago dog, another a sauerkraut dog, it came with fries. He sad the dogs were amazing, they hit all the marks. The fries were ok, a little room temp(but to be fare we came there 30 minutes before closing). The soda's were really great, not two sirupy, not too carbonated, we enjoyed them. I ordered a pizza with Italian sausage added. They gave us our drinks for free, which was awesome. I didn't know what to expect with the pizza, but I was blown away by it. They should be very proud of the recipe they created. Most places over season/spice their sauces. The flavor of the tomato gets drowned out. This was absolutely not the case the sauce did not sow out the crust whatsoever it held its crisp the whole time. The sausage was wonderful. The cheese was everything you wanted on a pizza. I can say it's the best than crust pizza I think I've ever had. My husband tried it and we fought over who was going to be eating it for lunch tomorrow. It was huge. I wasn't expecting it to be that big. I will be dreaming about that pizza, and craving it. This is my go to place to get good pizza. It blows Nikki's out of the water. If you are craving some good then crust, pizza, or hotdog I suggest you go there. They also have chili fries, cheesesteaks, so much. They have one of those menus, where everything looks good, and it's hard to decide. Just try it. Warning, this pizza is 14 in(seemed bigger), and it being thin crust, and tasting so good, you might find yourself eating the whole thing. Wish we had pics to post, but we did not think of doing it, will do next time(which will probably be later this week, it was that good).
