They just shooed her away saying "it's over there". That's not helpful at all. They're also not monitoring the fitting rooms so they're junky with tons of clothes that need to be put away. You can find a lot of good sizes that are hard to find online and at other stores. I'm a member so I always love the discounts that I get on top of the discounts. I had a terrible experience at the Fabletics store in San Marcos. I was explicitly told the…read moreassociate that I did not want to sign up for the VIP membership, yet I was enrolled anyway without my permission. As a result, I was charged $69.99 per month four separate times before I realized what had happened. It took me far too long to even find the subscription email so I could finally cancel the membership. This experience felt deceptive and completely unacceptable. If a customer clearly declines a subscription, they should never be signed up anyway. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend this store to anyone.
