The only disappointment was at the end of the wash, when a giant dryer drops down to the windshield, and dries the hood and top of the car. But it did not touch the hood and barely touched the top of the car. Husband got out to dry both when we pulled into the drying area. Everything else worked well. We appreciate our monthly membership for both cars. It's a great value for a good car wash at multiple locations!
