The plumbing supply store was closed on Friday, the day before July 4th so that day was not wasted because Fernando did a thorough inspection. The team arrived exactly on time. They quietly finished exactly on time so I did not have to rearrange my schedule. They patiently explained all the workings and gadgets before they thoroughly cleaned everything up and left. It was brand new plumbing, a brand new sink, and brand new fixtures. Every hose they installed has popped out and they always claimed it was somehow not their fault. I stopped calling them to fix it after the 5th time, and now I just pay other plumbers. The first project they did was removing a giant clogged pump and installing all new drain lines for like $10k was great, and they were awesome at working with us to help get insurance to cover it. But installing a new kitchen sink was awful - we are still three years later dealing with their bad install.
