On the alignment we took it back before the 90 days were up and it was back out of alignment. They said they fixed it and yet another tire blew out. The last time we had this blow out we requested an alignment check, never saw them put it up on the rack nor did we receive any paperwork but they claim they put it up yet we were out of there in 20minutes there's just no way. All they could recommend now is take the car to Chevrolet for an alignment if they can't do the job why am I paying for it time and time again!

I got told that bad things happen and that there was no warranty for the tires I got. If I wanted a new one I would have to buy yet another tire. I get in touch with a body shop I want to fix and tow it and let the tow company owner know this 2 days prior and he says I went through your truck trying to find what pendant but didn't find it. fast foward two days later whenever the body shops tow guy geta there they lie and say owner wasnt there, so he couldn't get my truck. which he was and then they refused to let them tow my truck and kicked them off the property. I had to call the cops to the place to help get things some what sorted. they over charged outrageously saying it was $900 for towing my vehicle not even 2 miles from where I had wrecked and my vehicle being there 6 days. the cop told them that they over priced and they re write another invoice still over priced for $750. UNQUALIFIED SERVICE! Do not have any services done here. April 20 I brought a set of hard to find 3…read morepiece wheels to put on my 80 series Landcruiser. Simon was assigned to do that. The wheels were swapped over, no issues. I got home to download the old wheels and noticed that they shredded around the lip where the machine separates them from the tires. This caused a deep gash in the lip of the wheel. Simon didn't mention this to me at all. I came back to the shop to bring it the owner/managers attention. I was approached by Simon who I didn't want to speak with but kept hovering around me wanting to discuss the issue. Spoke with the manager and she stated the owner just had a child. Fair enough. Please have him call me. No call. Nothing. Took the wheel to Kwiksilver, they said they couldn't fix it. I came back Saturday to Quality Tire Co. Owner was there. After we spoke, he wanted to solve the problem with whatever I thought the resolution would be. Only problem is, is that the wheels are rare. Very hard to replace something that's been discontinued for over 30 years. I explained to him that I had a buyer (original owner ) and they pulled out the sale for the overall condition of the wheel. He said it's "still sellable". I could sell the wheel for $50. Doesn't make it sellable. Owner was very indifferent when it came to the issue and when I explained the attitude his employee at work has affecting his professionalism at work, he defended his employee saying it's not true. I've heard it every time I come here from this employee and I don't usually care until it affects how they perform their duties at work, which it did. If you have nice wheels and want good service for people who hold their business accountable for their mistakes and actions, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Owner defends his employees terrible work habits and literally could care less about the customer afterwards. No call back. I had to come find you and then the indifferent attitude. My tire went pop and blew at the light right by Walmart. Not my normal auto car shop but it was…read moreclosest and I was desperate. The folks at the cashier desk are, well, cashiers. They don't know much at all about tires. They can't even read all the details off the screen. We had three different people try to help us, and we got three different answers on what they had. I finally settled on an option and they said it would have to be picked up the next day. We spend some time parking it closer to the building too, cause there is no way they can get to it today. I go home. Then they call, only 3 hours later and it's ready. If I had known that might happen I'd have hung around that side of town. At checkout, it takes her nearly half an hour to figure out how to ring it all up. I swear they have a dot matrix printer in the mix. I think she included some warranty service I didn't even want but you can't tell what is what on the receipt. Also, no alignment service available. I'm not sure if they balanced the tires properly either, so I had that done at my normal tire shop afterwards. Don't buy tires here. Tow it elsewhere!

One manager got the other manager cause they didn't want me to hear my complain. I left a formal complaint and I feel targeted because of my age
