They could only see some of the items and only over a camera. They did unexpectantly show up at the store, shuffled through the items, and still offered me $50. I was shocked by their unprofessionalism and expressed my feelings. The male owner said he'd get me a box and garbage bag saying I could go elsewhere as he rudely walked away. If you're looking for staff to help you pick out actual camping or hiking gear this is not the place to go. I live nearby and have gone in a few times for backpacking gear and supplies hoping to avoid a long drive to one of the big box outdoor stores. Every time at this store the staff have given wrong or bad advice. They either have told me completely wrong things about the gear they were selling, had no idea how basic camping gear worked, or didn't know they sold things I found a few minutes later in their store. 2 stars for the convenience factor. 0 stars for knowledgeable staff.
