Worst customer service experience ever. It takes nearly a week for an order to be processed. Later I received a message that they had responded to my emails and did receive my voicemails (there was no response to my emails, even in my spam and junk folders). I am trying to leave town and will now have to have a neighbor collect packages and try to get someone to complete this return within 45 days, plus pay for shipping on both orders, as they say it was me that placed the second order (it was not). Dozens of bulk containers so you can choose how much to get, as well as prepackaged candies, toys, antique metal signs and even some pinball games! Hot chocolate and fudge is on hand, too.
